CO Omer Shoshan CO Omer Shoshan, 19, from the town of Yehud, near Tel Aviv, was sentenced to 20 days of imprisonment. Omer Shoshan enlisted in the Israeli military eight months ago. It was already as a soldier that he decided to refuse to continue his military service.

In his statement of refusal Omer wrote:I refuse to be part of the Israel Defence Forces, an army that occupies and oppresses a Palestinian population on a daily basis, which undermines the chances to achieve peace, and thus also Israel's security, and which corrupts the moral and democratic character of the state.

For more than 40 years the IDF has been daily oppressing the Palestinians in the occupied territories and denying them their most basic rights to live normally. This includes hampering their freedom of movement, undermining their economy, hurting their bodies, illegally arresting them and committing many other severe crimes that usually fail to make it to the mainstream media. The very fact that any simple soldier serving beyond the Green Line has power over the lives of local residents and can force them to do as he pleases is illegal and undemocratic, and obtains the exact opposite of what it is supposed to - it produces more terrorists, increases hatred towards us and undermines any realistic chances for peace. So what purpose does this oppression really serve? Only one - perpetuating the Israeli settlements in the West Bank, which are illegal in their own right and which are the obstacle to reaching a compromise between the two peoples.

Even before enlisting I had my doubts about whether or not to join the army, whether to support the army that represents my country or to refuse. I eventually decided to enlist, because I felt that I could refuse from within, to do things otherwise, to effect change. Today I understand that the army's actions in the occupied territories themselves, its very presence there, are what constitutes the occupation, and no action I could make, not even if I offer a more positive treatment to Palestinian civilians, could make any difference.

I believe that in a country that claims to be a democracy, it is good and even necessary for each of us to voice criticism and indignation when the country is wrong. The IDF is an organisation that fights for interests that I don't believe in, performs anti-democratic and immoral actions and seriously undermines the chances to achieve piece. I am no longer willing to be part of it.Omer Shoshan left his post on 6 Sep., and on 14 Sep. has returned to his military unit to be sent to prison. He was sentenced to 20 days in prison, but at first was held in confinement to base instead. On 19 Sep. he was transferred to a military police detention facility in Jerusalem, where his prison sentence officially went into force (so the term of confinement to base was actually added on top of his prison sentence).

Omer is due to be released on 6 October, and is likely to be imprisoned again afterward. As Omer is held in a small detention centre, rather than in a military prison, we do not have his prison address, however, letters of support and encouragement can still be sent to him via e-mail to: messages2prison@newprofile.org (hitting "reply all" to this message will send the message to the same address), and they will be printed out and delivered during visits.

According to Palestinian and Israeli human rights organizations, about 700 Palestinian children from theWest Bank are annually put on trial in Israeli military courts. According to a review made in 2009, about 69% of the children claim they were beaten during interrogation, 14% were put in solitary confinement, 32% were forced to sign legal confessions written in Hebrew, a language they do not understand, 69% claimed that threats were made to them during interrogation, and 12% added that sexual threats were made to them, including threats of rape.

Guilty As Charged: UN Report on Gaza Flotilla Massacre - by Stephen Lendman

On September 22, Reuters headlined the news, saying:

"UN Experts Condemn Israel Attack on Gaza Flotilla"

It explained that the UN Human Rights Council's (HRC) "panel of international experts" concluded what was obvious on day one - that Israel's international water attack "was unlawful and resulted in violations of human rights and international humanitarian law...."

A one paragraph AP report said the same thing. America's leading paper, The New York Times (always pro-Israeli), published the above two accounts, not its own, ducking its responsibility to do in detail.

In contrast, Israeli papers covered it prominently, including Haaretz headlining, "UN Human Rights Council: Israel flotilla raid broke international law," saying:

"The UN Human Rights Council's fact-finding mission concluded that Israel's naval blockade of the Palestinian territory was unlawful because of the humanitarian crisis there, and described the military raid on the flotilla as brutal and disproportionate."

Israel's response was unsurprising, Foreign Ministry spokesman Ygal Palmor saying:

"Israel is a democratic and law abiding country that carefully observes international law and, when need be, knows how to investigate itself."

True on the last point, but it never does nor will it. False on the others. As honest observers know, Israel is a lawless, undemocratic, pariah state believing in Jewish exclusivity above all other religions. As a result, its 1,548,000 Israeli Arabs (as of spring 2010) have no rights. In addition, the four million + in Gaza and the West Bank (Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics mid-2010 figures) have been persecuted under military occupation for over 43 years, living in constant terror.

Balad Party MK Hanin Zuabi, on board the Mavi Marmara mother ship, praised the HRC's report, saying "the criminals who ordered and carried out the raid should be brought to justice." More on Israeli retribution against her below.

Hamas spokesman Fawzi Barhoum said "Now it's required to be a mechanism in order to translate this report into action and to bring occupation commanders to trial for the crimes they committed." Indeed so, but no measures whatever have been proposed or implemented.

The Human Rights Council (HRC) Report

On May 31, 2010, Israeli commandos attacked unarmed, nonviolent civilians attempting to deliver vitally needed humanitarian aid to 1.5 million Gazans, trapped under siege for three years at the time. At least nine were murdered in cold blood, over 50 wounded, some seriously. They and the others were arrested, detained, and treated harshly until let out of the country to go home.

Released on September 22, the HRC (called the Mission below) report detailed serious Israeli crimes of war and against humanity, based on 112 witness testimonies in Geneva, London, Istanbul and Amman as well as other information, including forensic evidence, video footage, and other photographic material. As a result, the HRC:

"concluded that a series of violations of international law, including international humanitarian and human rights law, were committed by the Israeli forces during the interception of the flotilla and during the detention of passengers in Israel prior to deportation."

The Mission thanked the Turkish and Jordanian governments for cooperation. Also OCHA, UNRWA, UNSCO and others for their help. Israel refused, saying its position was "one of non-recognition of and non-cooperation with the Mission."

Under international law, Israel's blockade is illegal. It caused a grave humanitarian crisis affecting 1.5 million Gazans, mostly civilians. Aid is vitally needed. Attacking anyone trying to deliver it is a clear crime against humanity, especially in international waters.

A "vessel on the high seas (posing no threat) is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its flag State."

Under the laws of armed conflict, "a blockade is illegal if:

(a) it has the sole purpose of starving the civilian population or denying it other objects essential for its survival; or

(b) the damage to the civilian population is, or may be expected to be, excessive in relation to the concrete and direct military advantage anticipated from the blockade."

In other words, no blockade is permitted it it inflicts disproportionate harm to civilians. Israel has done it grievously for over three years, suffocating 1.5 million Gazans illegally.

Among other international law provisions, Fourth Geneva's Article 33 states:

"No protected person may be punished for an offence he or she has not personally committed. Collective penalties and likewise all measures of intimidation or of terrorism, are prohibited."

The Mission called Israel's blockade disproportionate and illegal, and the attack on the Flotilla unjustified and criminal.

International law regarding occupying powers is clear and unequivocal, enumerating explicit responsibilities. Israel is a serial violator. Gazans are protected persons. So were Flotilla passengers. Israel was prohibited from intercepting and attacking them. Under the International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) Article 6, paragraph 1:

"Every human being has the inherent right to life. This right shall be protected by law. No one shall be arbitrarily deprived of his life."

The Mission said "This right is non-derogable." The Flotilla interdiction was lawless "since there was no legal basis for the Israeli forces to conduct an assault and interception in international waters. Moreover," in doing so, Israel was "obligated" under international law and its own "international human rights obligations."

Under Article 2 of the Code of Conduct for Law Enforcement:

"in the performance of their duty, law enforcement officials shall respect and protect human dignity and maintain and uphold the human rights of all persons."

Article 3 states:

"Law enforcement officials may use force only when strictly necessary and to the extent required for the performance of their duty."

Israel, of course, used commandos, heavily armed trained killers, acting as law enforcers, instead of the Coast Guard or other protective forces. Clearly their mission was well-defined - to interdict, attack and murder designated targets, their names and photos provided in advance. Evidence uncovered proved it.

The Mission concluded that force used "was unnecessary, disproportionate, excessive and inappropriate and resulted in the wholly avoidable killing and maiming of a large number of civilian passengers."

It determined that at least six of the dead were killed by "extra-legal, arbitrary and summary executions," some shot multiple times in the head at close range. In addition, passengers detained weren't told why or informed of their rights, in violation ICCPR's Article 9, paragraph 2 stating:

"Anyone who is arrested shall be informed, at the time of arrest, of the reasons for his arrest and shall be promptly informed of any charges against him."

It wasn't done, "and in some instances passenger requests for such information were met with verbal abuse or physical violence."

On board the vessels and in detention, Israel treated them cruelly and inhumanely in clear violation of international law. As a result, injuries resulted or were exacerbated. For all onboard, willful pain and suffering were inflicted. For some, it amounted to torture, an Israeli specialty.

From the moment of interdiction until release and departure, their entire experience was shocking, excessive, disproportionate, and criminal, in violation of numerous international and Israeli laws.

In addition, Israel made "a deliberate attempt....to suppress or destroy evidence" besides fabricating its version of events, including fake videos and other falsified materials.

Another offense also deserves mention. Haneen Zouabi, an Israeli MK was on board the Mavi Marmara. She wasn't detained, but was extensively and abusively interrogated. Because of her participation, the Knesset voted on June 7 to deny her three parliamentary privileges:

-- to travel abroad;

-- retain her diplomatic passport; and

-- have her legal fees paid if losing her parliamentary immunity results in criminal prosecution.

In addition, during Knesset discussions of her participation, racist, sexist, and physically threatening remarks were made. Some MKs also wanted her criminally prosecuted and removed from the Knesset. Further, Israel's Interior Minister, Eli Yishai, accused her of treason and requested authorization from the Attorney General to revoke her citizenship. So far, no action has been taken, but Zouabi continues to receive death threats.

Final Comments

The Mission concluded that Israel caused "a humanitarian crisis (on) May 31, 2010," the day of the attack. "The preponderance of evidence from impeccable sources is far too overwhelming to come to a contrary opinion." Israel's justification on "security grounds" is entirely baseless. Moreover, "prosecutions" are clearly warranted under Fourth Geneva's Article 147, covering:

-- willful killing;

-- torture or inhuman treatment; and

-- willfully causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health.

Remedial action should be guaranteed all victims. Those responsible should be held criminally culpable. Their crimes shouldn't go unpunished. Those aboard are left with "deep psychological scars....The Mission is not alone in" condemning Israel for its actions, nor about Gaza's "deplorable (and lawless) situation."

So far, passengers have been denied justice, and culpable Israeli officials remain unaccountable, unpunished, and free to keep rampaging, what happens daily in Occupied Palestine while so-called "peace talks" continue, a charade by any standard.

Throughout 43 years of occupation, Israel has waged war on Palestinians' human rights and civil liberties, a new UN report providing more evidence that keeps mounting exponentially, adding clarity about an out-of-control rogue state operating lawlessly.

On August 10, Haaretz writer Akiva Eldar cited it in an article headlined, "UN report: IDF barring Gazans' access to farms, fishing zones," saying:

"Over the last 10 years, the (IDF has) increasingly restricted Palestinian access to farmland on the Gazan side of the Israeli-Gaza border as well as (offshore waters) along the Gaza beach, a United Nations report (just) revealed."

Prepared jointly by the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and the World Food Program (WFP), it's titled "Between the Fence and a Hard Place," explaining Israel's draconian/illegal restrictions on the pretext of "preventing attacks by Palestinian armed factions." In fact, only Israel poses a regional threat. A global one as well, what Palestinians and Israel's neighbors have known for decades.

Despite the Green Line, Oslo Accords, the so-called 2005 "disengagement," ongoing siege, the continued theft of West Bank and East Jerusalem land and more, Israel imposes punitive restrictions on Gazans, including under the 1994 Jericho Agreement. It established a 1,000 meter-wide "security perimeter" in the Territory, Palestinian police enforcing "special security measures" to prevent entry into Israel without permission.

A separate provision allowed a 20 nautical mile area off Gaza's coast for fishing, recreation, and other economic activities. Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA), in theory, share joint enforcement authority, but, in fact, Israel has sole control.

Since September 2000, the start of the second Intifada, Israel took over more repressively than ever. Palestinians have been denied all rights in their own territory under vague and restrictive rules, including use of their own land and waters. As a result, Gazans have been irreparably harmed.

Defining the Restricted Areas and Affected Populations

Israel's precise access parameters "are uncertain," including boundaries, conditions allowing or denying entry, and consequences if against Israeli restrictions. Morever, in the past decade, the IDF hardened measures in place.

Up to November 2008, a 300 meter prohibition was imposed. After Cast Lead, however, it expanded to a 1,000 - 1,500 meters, putting valuable farmland and residential areas off limits as follows:

-- a "no-go zone" up to 500 meters inside the Green Line. Those entering may be shot on sight. Israeli incursions regularly occur, destroying property found, including crops; and

-- a "high risk" zone up to 1,500 meters within the Line. "Opening fire at people accessing this area, as well as land leveling and property destruction, are common and widespread practices....carried out irregularly and unpredictably."

Affected Gazans reported even worse harshness, affecting areas up to 3,000 meters inside the Line. Omitting these from UN calculations, the combined "no go/high risk" prohibitions cover about 62.6 square km or about 17% of Gaza (95% of which is arable land), off limits to Palestinians who own it. In total, they're denied access to 35% of the Territory's cultivable farmland, a major blow to its agriculture.

In addition, under the 2002 Bertini Commitment, Israel tightened coastal water restrictions from 20 nautical miles (NM) offshore to 12, but, in fact, even harsher limits were imposed. Some areas were entirely closed, others allowed open only part of the year. In mid-2006, restrictions applied beyond six NM, and after Cast Lead beyond three and in some areas only one. As a result, Gazans are gradually losing all rights to their coastal waters, those entering restricted areas risking life and loss of property.

"Overall, Palestinians are totally prevented from accessing 85 percent of the sea areas on which they are entitled to carry out maritime activities, including fishing, according to the 1994 Gaza-Jericho Agreement." About 113,000 people are affected (7.5% of Gaza's population), including those owning land and other property in restricted areas.

Many fisherman have also been harmed, Gaza's Ministry of Agriculture reporting at yearend 2009 that only 3,500 were registered, down from 10,000 in September 2000 when restrictions began. The number of people directly affected by land and fishing limits is about 178,000 or 12% of the population.

The Resulting Crisis

The UN report cites Israel's "systematic lack of respect for (Gazans') basic rights, as enshrined in international humanitarian and human rights law."

Worse still, are its enforcement methods, including:

-- arbitrarily opening fire on anyone entering restricted areas, at times with warning shots, others with intent to kill, incidents happening daily. "The Fishermen's Syndicate reported that in (Q 1 2010)," 48 live firings on fishermen occurred, an average of four a week. A small percentage caused death or injury, but the risk is always present.

In the 19 month period from January 2009 through July 2010, 22 civilian deaths (including six children) and 146 injuries were reported (including 27 children).

Legal Implications

International law is clear and unequivocal, civilians at all times to be treated as protected persons during conflicts and occupation. The principle of distinction puts combatants and others in separate categories.

Targeting civilians is absolutely prohibited, regardless of circumstances, and when launching attacks, care must be taken to avoid harming them and their property. Yet Israel consistently and egregiously defiles the law, acting willfully in violation with impunity, besides its draconian military laws and medieval siege, not covered in the UN report.

Yet they're crucial to understand the severity of conditions, causing sustained, extreme, unrelenting humanitarian harm in a climate of uncertainty. Palestinians never know if they, their neighborhoods, or loved ones will be attacked. Fishermen are always endangered, and anyone collecting rubble or scrap metal in restricted areas may be shot, killed or injured, including women and children.

Worse still is the lack of clarity for demarcated areas, besides Israel changing them regularly without notice. In addition, at least once, misleading information was provided, the Israeli air force (in May 2009) dropping thousands of leaflets warning Gazans not to enter areas closer than 300 meters from the Green Line when, in fact, restrictions were up to 1,500 and in some areas 3,000.

"The lack of clarity, (arbitrary modifications), and unpredictability associated with this access regime makes it highly arbitrary, thus significantly increasing the level of risk to thousands of civilians who depend on access....for their livelihoods."

Destruction of Land and Property

Most occurred since September 2000, areas over 300 meters especially since 2006. As a result, "most (affected) agricultural land has been gradually abandoned and structures never reconstructed."

Since late 2008, regular land, crops and property destruction has been "carried out more less regularly" during weekly IDF incursions, typically by four to 10 tanks, bulldozers and jeeps, accompanied by helicopters, drones, and live fire. From January through May 2010, 72 recorded incidents occurred, averaging over three a week, Gazans never knowing where or when they'll strike, or who may be affected.

They're also targeted by remotely-controlled weapon stations, deployed in secured pillboxes every several hundred meters along the Green Line. Each contains machine guns able to hit targets up to 1.5 km away. According to Haaretz, "the procedure to authorize opening fire is complex, but takes less than two minutes" to complete. An assault is then initiated by pressing a button. Live fire guided by relayed field images and ground sensors follows, as well as more from aircraft and drones.

Attacks are also made by tanks and other weapons, in all cases against nonviolent civilians in violation of international law. After years of occupation and conflict, the toll is horrific, ordinary people up against the world's fourth most powerful military acting lawlessly against noncombatants.

In economic terms alone, the UN conservatively estimated a $308 million cost over the past five years (excluding Cast Lead) affecting:

-- nearly 4,500 acres of land planted with fruit trees;

-- another 1,500 acres of greenhouses;

-- 1,000 residential structures;

-- over 300 water wells;

-- Gaza's water purification system and sole power plant;

-- six factories; and

-- the toll on fishermen, their boats and equipment.

Impact on Gazans' Livelihood

Affected Gazans have been impoverished and denied essentials under siege, besides living in fear and threatened almost daily with aggressive assaults. In economic terms, the loss of livelihoods and property alone has been devastating, affecting fruit trees, greenhouses, water wells, sheep and chicken farms, other farmland, fishing boats and equipment, factories, schools, hospitals, mosques, homes, and other structures.

An estimated 75,000 annual metric tons of produce alone has been lost, increasing as Israel destroys more land, farmers losing a third or more of their income. Fayyadh Al-Sumeiri's situation is typical. In 2003, the IDF leveled his small farm. Another plot with olive trees was destroyed in late 2008. He replaced it with wheat, rented some additional land, but both areas were again bulldozed during Cast Lead plus an irrigation network.

Lost income impoverished him and his family, plunging him into debt, Al-Sumeiri saying:

"Every day I pass by shops and see people that I owe money to, and I lower my head. I don't know what to do because I have no income. Everything we earned was from the land and every meter we planted was destroyed. Every day I pray that I will be able to return to my land and bring it back to the state it was in."

Thousands of other Gazan farmers tell similar stories, the siege, war, occupation, and regular incursions suffocating them slowly. It's slow-motion genocide ongoing for years, affecting the entire population, 1.5 million people trapped in the world's largest open-air prison.

Coping Under Siege

Under dire conditions, humanitarian aid has helped but not enough "to make a substantial difference in the lives of the affected population." As a result, strategies to generate alternate income have been used, farmers, for example, trying crop diversification or open-air planting after greenhouses were destroyed. Others sold assets or rely on the tunnel economy. Yet income generated is meager compared to earlier, including by fishermen, restricted on where they can go so their catch is smaller, less lucrative, and over-fished shallower waters are being depleted, compromising them further.

Other coping methods involve buying less, including essentials harming health and well-being, but with little income there's no choice. The quantity and quality of food consumed has dropped. As a result, health problems have increased, including higher incidences of anemia, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other illnesses. Overall, the quality of life in all respects has steadily eroded since fall 2000, especially under siege.

Impact on Education

Seven educational institutions were identified within 1,500 meters of the Green Line, affecting around 250 teachers, administrative and maintenance staff serving about 4,400 students from elementary school to vocational training. Cast Lead entirely destroyed another school in the restricted area plus others, including college facilities, throughout the Strip.

Overall, "The safety of students and staff attending these institutions, the quality of education provided and the level of educational achievement have been seriously undermined by their frequent exposure to Israeli fire...." As a result, schools have incurred significant damage, remain vulnerable, and have diverted scarce funds for recurrent repair needs.

Students and staff say classes are often interrupted by nearby assaults, yet believe children are safer in school than if evacuated elsewhere, exposing them to conflict in the open. In addition, a shortage of facilities forces most schools to run on double schedules - shifts reducing overall class time, restricting the number of new students, and providing less education on very restricted budgets because everything needed is in short supply, compounded by traumatized students, their concentration and performance affected.

"A consistent message to emerge was that frequent exposure to life threatening situations, along with the systematic destruction of livelihoods, severely eroded people's basic sense of physical and economic security. This erosion is perceived as a key cause behind the recurrence of an array of negative symptoms" observed in students, families and communities, including:

-- increased adult depression;

-- frequent childrens' bedwetting;

-- lower school performance;

-- higher dropout rates;

-- changes in nutrition habits;

-- greater domestic violence, symptomatic of adult men losing their role as breadwinners; and

-- weakening social networks because dangerous conditions keep people close to home, fewer family visits resulting.

Impact on Utility Infrastructure

Israeli restrictions have significantly impeded maintenance, repair and upgrading of wastewater and electricity infrastructure, harming all Gazans under siege. Located east of Jabalia up to 200 meters from the Green Line, the North Gaza Emergency Sewage Treatment Plant is the Strip's largest facility, able to handle the sewage for more than 500,000 people. Currently, IDF restrictions impede staff access, allow only daylight operations, and inadequate fuel and electricity compromise operations further.

Only recently did Israel approve "in principle" the relocation of a Khan Yunis facility, reaching up to 400 meters from the Line. Negotiations continue to allow required material imports as well as worker access to the site, Israeli bureaucratic restrictions so far preventing them.

For the past three years, a new Gaza City wastewater treatment plant, to replace an existing lower capacity one, has been stalled because of Israeli bureaucratic delays. As a result, around 80 million liters of untreated and partially-treated sewage is dumped daily into the Mediterranean Sea, contaminating Gaza's coastal areas and most drinking water.

"The (serious) public health concerns of the inability to properly treat the current volume of sewage produced in the Gaza Strip are significant," affecting the entire population, a topic addressed in previous articles accessed through the following links:

As a result, less than 10% of Gaza's aquifer drinking water is safe, the rest toxic, exposing those consuming it to serious health risks, including anemia, diarrhea, parasitic skin and other infections, and infant mortality.

"Overall, access restrictions to infrastructure delivering electricity from Israel into (Gaza) have compounded an already precarious situation caused by the steady decline in electricity produced by" the Strip's only facility. It's severely impeded by Israel's materials and spare parts ban, preventing proper maintenance and rehabilitation unless lifted.

Final Comments

UN findings reveal the impact of Israeli restrictions, exacerbated by Gaza's siege. Israel's "lethal" enforcement has "resulted in a severe 'protection crisis,' characterized by a systematic lack of respect for the most basic rights afforded to civilian populations under international law."

The entire Strip is impacted, especially Gazans close to the Green Line, fishermen confined to shallow coastal waters, as well as women, children, the elderly and infirm. Everyone needs help more than ever, mostly by lifting the siege, increasing humanitarian aid, ending Israeli incursions, and giving the population a chance to rebuild and restore their lives, livelihoods, and dignity. It's what Israel won't allow and world leaders still tolerate, violating their obligation under international law and Security Council Resolution 1860.

It called for "an immediate and durable ceasefire (leading) to a full Israeli withdrawal, unimpeded provision through Gaza of food, fuel and medical treatment, and intensified" efforts for peace. Yet it's been unsuccessful because Israel ignores it and enforcement pressure's not applied.

As a result, Gazans suffer grievously, the entire population harmed by an out-of-control rogue state, bogusly claiming security concerns to commit slow-motion genocide, the world community complicit by indifference. Strong measures for change are needed, what only mass outrage and intensified BDS pressure can achieve.

In the Baq'a valley, east of Hebron , many Palestinians of the Ja'abar family live. Israel integrated this area in the outline plan for the settlementKiryat Arba, and has tried to evict the Palestinians ever since, by way of demolitions and destruction of homes, agricultural crops, water cisterns and agricultural irrigation systems, as well as settler attacks, to name but a few of the means of displacement. On Wednesday, 25th August, 2010, nine settlers came to 'Ata Ja'abar' s home in that valley. They threatened the residents in the house and demolished nearby crops.

ביום רביעי, ה-25.8.2010, באו תשעה מתנחלים לביתו של עטה ג'עאבר שבבקעת בקעה. הם איימו על יושבי הבית והרסו גידולים לידו. הוגשה תלונה למשטרה עם צילומי וידאו של התוקפים.

ליד תחנת הדלק הסמוכה למקום, הוצב שלט המכריז על הכוונה להקים שם את שכונת "נופי חברון". ביום חמישי ה-2.9.2010, לפנות ערב, הגיעו מתנחלים רבים לקרבת ביתו של עטה ג'עאבר, באישור הצבא, והחלו לצקת רצפת בטון לתחילת ההתנחלות "נופי חברון". הם הסתלקו מהמקום מאוחר בלילה.

On September 10, Israel's YnetNews.com headlined, "IDF sexually abused Palestinian children," headlining:

"Damning (September 9) CNN report cites uncorroborated sexual abuse charges of Palestinian children detained by IDF." Military officials refused to "respond to abuse charges as no details (were) provided," a spokesman saying "We cannot address general claims on the subject in the absence of a specific complaint."

CNN's report "featured an unidentified Palestinian boy claiming that IDF forces attempted to insert an object into his rectum," and that dozens of officers present stood around laughing while it happened.

The network cited Defence of Children International (DCI) as its source, an independent NGO involved in promoting and protecting children's rights globally for over 30 years, founded on the date the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC) passed 10 years later.

In May 2010, it asked the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture to investigate 14 cases of sexual assault or threatened assault it uncovered - committed by Israeli soldiers, interrogators, and police from January 2009 - April 2010. The abused children were from 13 - 16 years old, detained for offenses like stone-throwing harming no one.

DCI-Palestine expressed alarm about sworn affidavits children provided, explaining instances of sexual assault or threatened assault to obtain confessions. In 2009 alone, DCI reviewed 100 sworn affidavits attesting to the following:

-- 97% of children said their hands were tied during interrogations;

-- 92% said they were blindfolded or hooded;

-- 81% said forced confessions were made;

-- 69% said they were beaten or kicked;

-- 65% said they were arrested from midnight to 4AM;

-- 50% said they were verbally abused;

-- 49% cited threats or inducements;

-- 32% were forced to sign confessions in Hebrew they didn't understand;

-- 26% cited painful position abuse;

-- 14% were in solitary confinement;

-- 12% were threatened with sexual assault; and

-- 4%, in fact, were sexually assaulted.

It included grabbing boys by the testicles until they confessed, and threatening others as young as 13 with rape unless they admitted to "throwing stones at Israeli settler vehicles in the occupied West Bank."

In its April 2008 report, the Palestinian Ministry of Detainees and Ex-Detainees Affairs said over 7,000 children had been arrested since September 2000, the start of the second Intifada. About 360 were still held, some as young as 10, treated as harshly as adults, in violation of international law requiring special treatment for children.

Of these, 145 had been sentenced, 200 awaited trial, and 15 were being administratively held without charge for offenses as trivial as stone-throwing. The report also said about 500 youths arrested turned 18 in prison. About 75 were ill and not treated, and nearly all had been tortured or abused by beatings, hooding, painful shackling, and sleep deprivation for several days in the shabeh position.

It involves binding their hands and feet to a small chair, at times from behind to a pipe affixed to the wall, painfully slanted forward, hooded with a filthy sack, and played loud music nonstop through loudspeakers.

The article includes more on their treatment during detention and under occupation, clear evidence of state-sponsored brutality, flagrantly violating international law, Israel's specialty.

DCI-Palestine cited a 15 year old boy's experience after being arrested in September 2009 at 2AM at home:

"While sitting on the ground near the truck, a person speaking Arabic approached me and grabbed my hands and ordered me to stand up and accompany him. He grabbed me so violently and pulled me. He forced me to walk with him for about 20 meters, and I could see from under the blindfold that we stopped behind a military jeep. He slapped me hard twice and grabbed my testicles so hard and started pressing them. Then, he asked me whether I threw stones and Molotov cocktails and I said I did not."

"He started shouting and saying 'liar,' your mother's c..t.' He started beating me all over my body and once again grabbed my testicles and started pressing hard. 'I won't let go of your testicles unless you confess,' he said to me. I felt so much pain and kept shouting. I had no other choice but to confess" to stop the pain.

Every year, around 700 children are arrested, most for stone-throwing, then interrogated with no lawyer or family member present, prosecuted, and sentenced. Over 80% signed forced confessions, one-third written in Hebrew they don't understand. After conviction in military, not civil, court, most are imprisoned in violation of Fourth Geneva's Article 76. Its provisions include assuring "Proper regard....paid to the special treatment due to minors," one of many laws Israel violates, children abused like adults.

When confronted with hard evidence, Israel denies it, saying it respects and observes international law, when, in fact, it's abusively and consistently in violation.

On May 10, Haaretz writer Amira Hass covered the child abuse story, headlining "Over 100 Palestinian minors reported abuse in IDF, police custody in 2009," saying:

"69 minors complained of being beaten, four minors reported being sexually assaulted, and 12 said they were threatened with sexual assault." She added that most were intimidated, abused, and maltreated in custody, before and during interrogations. In addition, they got no food or water for many hours and were forced to name others to stop being mistreated.

DCI-Palestine legal advisor Khaled Kuzmar said many parents don't complain to authorities, having no "confidence in the system that abuses them." It's true. Police and military officials rarely investigate, and when do it, absolve abusers, victims not Jewish afforded no justice.

Like always, an IDF Spokesman dismissed "claims of deliberate deviation from procedures for arresting and interrogating minors, (saying their) arrests are carried out in keeping with international law; the arrests of suspects under 16 years old in the West Bank requires a military lawyer's approval....Minors are brought before a judge within a relatively short period."

He lied, including about quick resolution before a judge. In fact, children and adults are often held for weeks or months before appearing for trial or accepting a plea bargain, Israel's corrupted injustice system for anyone not Jewish - even children as young as 9 or 10.

מעטפת רעיונית

דומה וקיים קורטוב אי-בהירות במקומותינו באשר לאוירה, לשיטה הכלכלית בה אנו חיים. הבילבול נובע בחלקו מחוסר הבנת הדמוקרטיה לאשורה.

מעט רקע. השיטות הכלכליות הרווחות בעולם כיום הינן צעירות יחסית. הקומוניזם והקפיטליזם היגיעו לעולם אך לפני מעט יותר ממאה שנים באשר צמחו משיטות כלכליות קודמות להן אשר ריכזו את העושר המחוזי, הלאומי והעולמי בידי שיכבה אליטיסטית, בתי מלוכה ואצולה ו'בנקאים בינלאומים' אשר מינו עצמם לשומרי (ובזבזני) העושר העולמי מטעם עצמם בעוד ההמון, ככלל, הופקר לגורלו.

השינוי הגדול בתפיסה הכלכלית העולמית היגיע בד בבד עם רוחות האמנסיפציה שהחלו מנשבות בעולם החל ממחצית המאה ה- 19 ואילך. רוחות אלו הביאו להעצמת זכויות הפרט, כמשקל נגד לזכויות הציבור. ההעצמת זכויות הפרטים חייבת היתה בשיטות כלכליות אחרות המותאמות לאידאולוגיות החדשות. עליית הרעיון הדמוקרטי אשר היגיע עם רוחות הקידמה ד'אז הוא שחולל את השינוי הכלכלי העצום, שהפך לחברתי, אשר כה מוכר לנו בימינו אלה.

באורח למצער טיבעי, נחלקו מבשרי התזות הכלכליות למחנות שונים אשר התגבשו בתחילת ומשך מחציתה הראשונה של המאה העשרים ליצירת שני מחנות עיקריים. מצד אחד עמד המחנה הקפיטליסטי ומנגד התגבש המחנה הקומוניסטי-בולשביקי.

אליה וקוץ בה. שני המודלים הכלכלים לעיל לא היתאימו לכח העולה המרכזי בעולם המערבי היא התפיסה הדמוקרטית אשר גם היא צמחה באורח מעשי (רעיון הדמוקרטיה אינו חדש לעולם וניתן לזהותו עוד מימי יוון העתיקה), בעקבות רוחות האמנסיפציה החדשות.

הקומוניזם

ללא ספק, הקומוניזם בראשיתו ייצג תפיסה חדשנית, מהפכנית אשר במבט כולל (ומעט שיטחי), גורסת כי יש לחלק את העושר הלאומי שווה בשווה בין כלל האזרחים. אכן רעיון נאצל (ללא מרכאות). בפרט באם ניזכור כי כלל האזרחים המרכיבים את ההמון לפני פרוץ המהפכה הקומוניסטית היו משולים לאבק אדם, ל"נמלים עמלות" ללא כל זכויות.

יתרונו האידאולוגי הברור לכאורה של הקומוניזם היה גם חסרונו הגדול ביותר. הקומוניזם ומנהיגיו לא הישכילו להבין כי המבנה הנפשי של בני אנוש אינו בנוי לצורה זו של שיטה כלכלית. אנו, בני האדם, שואפים להשגים, ביטוי עצמי, יצירה אישית, רכוש אישי, אופק אישי וכדומה. השיטה הקומוניסטית צעדה בדיוק בכיוון ההפוך, ביטול כל דבר אישי למען הציבורי והלאומי.

מכיוון שהקומוניסטים לא היצליחו ברובם הגדול של המיקרים לשכנע את בני האדם להתכחש לטיבעם האנושי הבסיסי וחייבום להיפרד מכל דבר בעל גוון אישי, לא נותרה הברירה בידי מנהיגי המהפכה הקומוניסטית, במדה וחפצים הם להשליט משנתם על ההמון, אלא לפנות לעבר משטר דיכוי וכפיה אשר יכריח את האזרחים להתנהל בהתאם לקווים האידאולוגים המונחתים מלמעלה גם אם הדבר הינו בניגוד לרצונם.

כך ירה הקומוניזם לעצמו ברגל. טבע האדם כולל עוד מרכיב חיוני אשר אין משטר ושילטון, יהיה זה חזק ככל שיהיה, שיוכל לו. והמדובר הוא בדחף האנושי לחופש, ליצירה, לביטוי עצמי חופשי. כך נוצרנו.

עם הזמן ולאור מדיניות דיכוי ורצח מיליוני אזרחים בה נקט הקומוניזם (לא ניכנס באן לפרטים באשר זה אינו נושא המאמר), לא תויג לכן הלה כנושא הדגל הרעיוני השוויוני (כאמור, רעיון נאצל), אלא כשיטה כלכלית, שהפכה לפוליטית, שהפכה לדיקטטורית, שהפכה רצחנית ומכאן ובדין, תויג כמשטר דיכוי שאינו נופל ברצחנותו מהמשטר הנאצי.

הקפיטליזם

לכל אלו המחככים כפים למקרא הקטע אודות הקומוניזם, תרגיעו. הקפטליזם, במבחן הזמן והמעשה, אינו נטול בעיות ועכבות גם הוא.

אכן הקפיטליזם דילג מעל המשוכה העיקרית שעמדה בפני הקומוניזם דהיינו, לאפשר את השאיפה האנושית לרכוש פרטי, להשגים וחופש-ביטוי רעיוני וכלכלי אישי. מכאן גם נובעת הצלחתו הראשונית של המשטר הכלכלי הקפיטליסטי. מאידך גיסא, אנו, בבואנו להעריך את מצויינות הקפיטליזם החמצנו את האופי האנושי כניגזרת של ממד הזמן. לכאורה הכל שפיר בתחילתו של המשחק הקפיטליסטי. המוכשרים יצברו עושר והפחות מוצלחים יסתפקו בפירורים. זהו הצדק במיטבו דהיינו, תיגמולו של האזרח בהתאם לכישוריו תוך שאנו נותנים בידו את הכלים, זהו החופש ליצור ולהתבטא, על מנת לאפשר לו לצבור את העושר כפי גמולו.

אלא מאי, לאורך זמן, אותה הנטיה האנושית למצויינות, עם צבירת העושר והאפשרויות שהינו מקנה, הופכת לאובססיה חסרת גבולות ככל שהפרט צובר בידו יותר ויותר עושר. הנה פן נוסף של "מותר" האדם מן הבהמה. בניגוד לבהמה הצורכת ככל צרכה ולעיתים נדירות צוברת אמצעי מחיה מעבר ליכולת קיבולה, הרי החיה האנושית אינה יודעת גבולות. הדחף שאינו בר כיבוש לצבור נכסים העולים מונים רבים, מאות ואלפי מונים על צרכי בן האנוש בלא שישים לעצמו חסמים, גורם לתופעה הידועה בימינו כ"קפיטליזם חזירי". לכאורה טוב ויפה, אלא מאי, כל צבירת העושר חסרת המידה והגבולות באה באורח טיבעי על חשבון המון הפרטים ביש המזל.

ובכך, באורח פרדוכסלי, החליף הקפיטליזם את חצרות המלוכה, האצילים, השילטון הרודני והאליטות של העולם הישן, באצולת ו"דיקטטורת ממון" אשר מחויבותה היחידה בעולם היא לצבירת ממון אישי ולעזאזל עם שאר בני האנוש. הללו פועלים בהתאם ורואים בהמון סביבם אך אמצעי לייצור עוד ועוד ממון, ללא גבול וללא תכלית, צבירה לשם צבירה. בו בזמן, הופך אותו המון אשר הוא שאיפשר לאצולת הממון לההפך שכזאת, הולך והופך עני ומנוצל יותר ויותר. אין תמה איפה כי הקומוניזם ובצדק יצא בדיוק כנגד תופעה זו במתכונתה בעולם הישן הפאודלי. העובדה כי הענינים הסתבכו עבורו (ועבורנו כולנו) מהטעמים שפורטו לעיל, אינה משנה העובדה כי בבסיסו היה הרעיון הקומוניסטי נאצל.

טענת הקפיטליסטים המובהקים כי גם המעמד הבינוני, מעמד הבינים נהנה משהו מצבירת העושר בידי מעטים ושיפר את רמת חייו הינה נכונה, אך מתעלמת צהמעמד השלישי ההולך וגדל, הולך ותופח של עניים מרודים ברחבי העולם אשר תופעת הגלובליזציה שהיתה אמורה להטיב עמו, הביא רווחה אך לחלק קטן ממנו בעוד השאר, שה הרוב העני והמרוד נותר לגורלו ובעוניו וניצולו מאפשר את עושרם של המעטים.

הדמוקרטיה והמודלים הכלכלים

הדמוקרטיה לכאורה מכוונת לדבר והיפוכו. מצד אחד מיועדת הדמוקרטיה ליצור את האיזון שכה חסר היה במאות הקודמות בין צרכי וזכויות הפרט לבין המדינה.

הדמוקרטיה היא שמעניקה לפרט את החופש ליצור ולהתבטא באורח שיוויוני מיטבי, אך מעשה שטן, כאמור לעיל, אותה הדמוקרטיה האמורה להגן על הפרט וקבוצות המיעוט היא הפוגעת בם בהעניקה כח בילתי מוגבל לאנשי אצולת הממון בהוותם פרטים מן ההמון המוגנים גם הם בהתאם להגנה לה זוכים כל הפרטים באורח שיוויוני בתכלית ולא פרוגרסיבי. אכן, דבר והיפוכו

אנו הישכלנו להבין כי מהפן השילטוני יכולה הדמוקרטיה להתקיים אך ורק במדה ויתקיים איזון למצער מושלם בין זכויות הפרט לזכויות הכלל, כל הפרה של האיזון הזה לטובת הפרטים תדרדר את המדינה לכאוס, לאנרכיה של הפרטים כנגד מדינתם, כאשר החוק, הסדר והכח הבילתי מוגבל כמעט שהוענק לאותם פרטים, בידי רשויות החוק והמשפט, הוא שלמעשה יביא באורח פרדוקסלי את קיצה של מדינת הלאום שוחרת החוק, הסדר וזכויות האזרח. מאידך-גיסא, כל תנודה לא מבוקרת של זכויות המדינה על פני זכויות הפרטים תוביל את המדינה לשילטון טוטליטרי, דיקטטורי דהיינו, אנרכיה של המדינה כנגד פרטיה. במאמר מוסגר נאמר כי מדינת ישראל צועדת במרץ לכיוון "אנרכיה של הפרטים" באשר בה הופר האיזון לעיל באופן קיצוני לכיוון זכויות הפרט, ללא מידה, איזון ובקרה נאותות.

אנו לא הישכלנו עדיין להשיג כי אותו איזון חייב להתקיים גם בין שתי השיטות הכלכליות המובילות כיום בעולמנו הקומוניזם והקפיטליזם. חייב להיות איזון בין רצוננו להעניק לפרט חופש בחירה, עיסוק, ויצירה וביטוי מיטבי לבין רצוננו להגן על הציבור, הכולל בתוכו ממש את אותם הפרטים, שלא שפר גורלו באותה המידה, להגן עליו מפני נחת כספו שאינה יודעת שבעה, מוגנת הדמוקרטיה, של אצולת הממון. אנו לא הישכלנו לשים חסמים נאותים בפני פרטים אשר משתמשים בהונם כקרדום לחצוב בו הון נוסף על חשבון "הנמלים העמלות" וגרוע מכך השפעה במסדרונות השלטון או קניה של השילטון בכסף מלא, פשוטו כמשמעו.

הטיעון כי אנשים מוכשרים זכאים לעושר חסר גבולות בעוד שהפחות מוכשרים יחיו כאשר יחיו (או ינמקו ברעב למעשה), היה נכון במדה ומשאבי כדור הארץ והלאום היו בילתי מוגבלים. טיעון זה אינו מחזיק מים מפאת מוגבלותיהם של אמצעי הייצור. מפאת המוגבלות של האמצעים הרי כל המקדים, האלים, חסר העכבות זוכה לכאורה. אך השיטה הדמוקרטית הלא מיועדת, ממש כך, למנוע תחרות בילתי הוגנת, למנוע את תופעת כל דאלים גבר (ולאו דווקא באורח פיזי). המשטר הדמוקרטי הלא נועד מבסיסו לשמור על חופש העיסוק תוך שמירת 'חופש ההזדמנויות' לכל. שוב הפרדוקס הדמוקרטי.

הקפיטל-סוציאליזם – מבחן המעשה

שתי השיטות במתכונתן הטהורה כאמור לעיל, הקפיטליסטית והקומוניסטית, מובילות להכפפת ההמון, הציבור, תחת שילטון טוטליטרי-דיקטטורי. השיטה הקומוניסטית מובילה (והובילה) לכינון "הדיקטטורה של הפרולטריון" מהסיבות שכבר פורטו לעיל ואילו השיטה הקפיטליסטית מובילה לעבר "הדיקטטורה של הממון". אמנם דיקטטורת ההון שילטון שהינה הביטוי ל"דיקטטורת הממון" הינה לכאורה הגרסה המרוככת של "דיקטטורת הפרולטריון" הקומוניסטית אך זה הינו אך מצג שוא. ניזקה של דיקטטורת הממון וניגזרתה "קנית וממכר השילטון", בידי ובעבור מעטים הינה חמורה באותה המידה, משעבדת ומנצלת באותה המידה, בסופו של יום ממש כאחותה הקומוניסטית.

על מנת ליישב ולגשר בין ההפכים שניזכרו לעיל אין מנוס משינוי תפיסה כלכלית-אידאולוגית. באם שתי השיטות המרכזיות בעולמנו הוכחו כשגויות, כ'שיטות קצה' אשר אינן עונות על צרכינו, שאיפותינו, מוסרנו והאידאולוגיה שלנו, כל שיטה בקציה שלה, בעוד ששתיהן מחזיקות אמיתות רבות, הן מהאספקט הכלכלי היבש (קפיטליזם) והן מהפן האידאולוגי (הקומוניזם), הרי כל שנותר הוא לשלב את שתי השיטות כך שבאיזון מתאים, מאוזן ומשוקלל בין השתים ניפתור את חידת קיומנו החברתי-האנושי.

בין אם נכתיר את השיטה המאוחדת בשמות ובין אם לאו, בחינת התנהלות מדינות המערב הדמוקרטיות-"הקפיטליסטיות" מלמדת כי הינן נוקטות במידה זו או אחרת, הלכה ולמעשה, בכיוון של "מדינת הרווחה".

פירושה של 'מדינת רווחה' תחת המשטר הדמוקרטי הוא שימוש מושכל ומדוד בשיטה הכלכלית הקפיטליסטית בעבור המעטים תוך נקיטת איזון סוציאליסטי בעבור הרבים (סוציאליזם--המושג המרוכך לקומוניזם- זהו הפן ההתנהגותי של שיטת הקומוניזם). לתוהה בדבר השילוב הלכאורה בילתי אפשרי הזה מבחינה מתודולוגית הרי מבחן המעשה הוא הקובע. גם אם לא הוגדרה השיטה הכלכלית הדמוקרטית במערב ככזו, הרי שהמדינות הדמוקרטיות נוקטות בשיטה" הקפיטל-סוציאליסטית" המאוחדת כאמור, תחת הכותרת של "מדינת הרווחה".

לצורך הענין אין זה חשוב באם הרצון לתמוך בחלשים בחברה הוא המחייב שימוש בשיטה הקפיטליסטית מניבת האמצעים לפעול בכיוון זה, או השימוש התחילי בשיטה הקפיטליסטית היוצרת מעמד של ניזקקים וניצרכים היא שיצרה את הצורך בנקיטת פן סוציאליסטי לתמוך בחלשים והמנוצלים. כך או כך, השיטה הדמוקרטית מעצם טיבעה כשקול, כמאזן שבין זכויות הכלל לזכויות הפרט, כשיטת גג מעל כל אלו היא שיצרה את האיזון והחיבור למעשה בין שתי השיטות הכלכליות.

בל נישכך כי בהתאם ל"משוואת האלטרואיזם של פרייס" הרי אנו בני האנוש נחנו גם באופן מולד בתכונת הערבות ההדדית לבני מיננו למרות שאפשר כי התכונה הזו נובעת מתכונת האגואיזם הטבועה בנו. שהרי אם ניסחט את לימון-ההמון עד תום לא ייוותרו אמצעי ייצור להמשיך ולהאדיר את עושרם של הקפיטליסטים השולטים בחיינו. אך לצרכי עניננו אין זה חשוב מדוע אנו פועלים בדרך הערבות ההדדית, אלא בעובדה עצמה המשפיעה מאליה על התנהלותנו הסוציאליסטית כמשקל נגד להנהלותינו הקפיטליסטית. דהיינו, בשלבנו את שתי השיטות הכלכליות הקומוניזם והקפיטליזם.

המלחמה הבילתי פוסקת בין נוהיי שתי השיטות בעולם המערבי הינה מיותרת ובמבחן הזמן והמרחב, אף מגוכחת. החיים חזקים יותר מ"האידאולוגים" של שתי השיטות. החיים ומבחן המעשה הם שחיברו הלכה למעשה בין השיטות למעלת ה"קפיטל-סוציאליזם" וכל הוויכוחים הניטש לבקרים בין חסידי שתי השיטות הינם ברכה לבטלה.

היגיע העת כי את אשר ניפרש לנגד עינינו יום-ביומו נמסד וזאת יעשה על ידי מדינאים, פוליטיקאים, אקדמאים, חוקרים ומדענים אשר ישבו על המדוכה, ינתבו וימקדו הדרכים לשילוב מוצלח יותר בין שתי השיטות הכלכליות ויצקו תוכן אמפירי לנאמר לעיל, מאשר יבזבזו אוויר חם ומאמצים שיכלתנים שגויים בעבור תאוריות כלכליות וחברתיות מיושנות אשר עבר זמנן, אבד עליהן הכלח. אנו הותרנו מאחורינו את המאה העשרים על מלחמותיה ושיגיונותיה. בסיפה של המאה העשרים ואחת ראוי היה כי נמקד מאמצינו בעתיד ועל סמך נסיון העבר נפנה קדימה לעבר "הקפיטל-סוציאליזם".

האם אכן חלון הזדמנויות

למרות תרועות החצוצרות ואיומי יום הדין בדבר "חלון ההזדמנויות לשלום" אשר הנה זה עומד להיסגר בפנינו עם אויבינו המרים, הרי שחלון וירטואלי זה אפילו לא החל להיפתח, לא בעבר ובוודאי שלא כיום.

סיבות רבות לכך, אך בבסיסן טמונים רצונות מנוגדים של עמים אשר האחד (אנו) משתוקק בכל מאודו לשלום אך ניזהר בצונני הביטחון ובצדק ואילו השני (אויבינו) משתמש בתרוץ ה"שלום" כנידבך נוסף בלבד במסעו הארוך והסבלני לעבר מזרח תיכון איסלמי-הומוגני הנקי "מצלבנים מודרנים". בראית האיסלם המיליטנטי (הג'יהאד העולמי), הנעשה באזורנו הינו אך שלב במסעו של זה להשתלטות על העולם המערבי. יחלפו עוד עשרות בשנים לפני שתהליך זה הנימצא כעת בכיוון התמדה שלילי, יסוב לאחור לקראת עולם שפוי יותר אשר בו "המזרח" ו"המערב" יוכלו לשכון יחדיו בכפיפה אחת. "חלון הזדמנויות" באזורנו לא ניפתח ואינו יכול להיפתח משום שוויתורים נוספים מצידנו על אלו שהוצעו על ידנו, יחתכו בבשרנו החי ואפשר שיביאו עלינו כליה בעוד אויבינו אינם זזים מדרישותיהם המקדמיות ומשוכנעים כי הזמן עובד לטובתם ובסופו של התהליך יוכלו להחריב את מדינת היהודים. ובכן, אנו טועים, גם הם טועים.

תקשורת אינטרסנטית, חד-אג'נדתית המשתפת פעולה עם אנשי תרבות "המזון המהיר", אלו מהמיעוט הזניח בתוכנו, מנפנפת בסיסמאות "שלום כעת ועכשיו" ולא, יבולע לנו. הללו מנכסים לעצמם את מנטרת "השלום" תוך רמיזה גסה ושיקרית כי מרבית העם אינו חפץ בשלום ולפיכך הרוב הינו עוכר ישראל ואילו המיעוט "הנאור" אלו "הרואים", "בעלי ההארה", בידם נימצא המפתח לנירוונה עולמית.

הללו במדיה, יחדיו עם אירגוני "שלום" המתהדרים באיצטלת "זכויות אדם" לשוא, עמלים לפמפם במוחנו כי מצבנו הביטחוני והמדיני נימצא בהתדרדרות עמוקה מאז "מבצע עופרת יצוקה" וביחוד מאז עלית הימין לשלטון ("טפו-טפו"). "אך נחליף את השלטון החשוך ומחרחר המדנים הלזה שחמס בשגגה שלטון לא לו (מרמזים הללו), "אך נחליפו בשלטון "בני האור הנאור" ותבקע השמש מבעד חשרת העננים וגר זאב עם כבש". מסכנים שכמותם, הללו עדין אינם מתבלבלים מהעובדות.

כמובן שהכרוך בשלום אינסטנט כעת לטעמם הוא וויתורים אסטרטגים מפליגים לאויבינו. ואכן, אנשי תרבות "המסלול המהיר" נוסך תוכנית ריאליטי טלוויזיונית, אוטמים אזניהם, עיניהם ומוחם, ובקפיצה נחשונית מראשי הצוקים (נוסך אוקינאווה), מוכנים להקריב את עתיד ילדיהם (וילדינו), נכדיהם (ונכדינו), עמם (ועמנו), בתמורה למספר שנים זניח של רוגע מאחז עינים, של אשליה מתוקה, של "שלום אכזב".

מאז עשורים, שומעים אנו את מנטרת "חלון ההזדמנויות" הפורח באויר הנימכרת לנו בידי אופורטוניסטים בפרוטה בעטיפת צלופן מרשרשת. בלחץ תעמולה היסטרית של אינטרסנטים בינלאומים ועוזריהם בתוככי ישראל, אנו הפכנו שבויים בקונספציה של "חלון ההזדמנויות" אשר שומו שמים עומד להיסגר וכאמור לעיל, עדיין אפילו לא ניפתח. כן אנו, כמו גם אויבינו הטועים בהעריכם כי הזמן פועל לטובתם ובכך מאפשר להם להתלות באמירי העצים בלא שינחתו על קרקע המציאות.

ומכאן, היכן שוכנת האמת (היחסית כמובן)? האם קיים כלל חלון (כלשהו) לשלום? האם קיימת אפשרות לפתיחתו? ובאם קיימת האפשרות, אימתי?

הזירה העולמית

בניגוד לאמונה אשר נישתלה במוחנו דרך שטיפת מוח תקשורתית מתוזמרת, מצבנו הגאופוליטי לא הורע על פני זמני עבר. אנו יכולים להצביע על מגמה הניכרת היטב כי אותן המדינות אשר באורח מסורתי יצאו חוצץ כנגד מדינת ישראל מתוך סולידריות עם גושי האיסלם והשמאל המיליטנטי העולמי, נותרו בשלהם תוך שמקצינים את הרטוריקה האנטי ציונית ואנטי ישראלית באיצטלה מאחזת עינים מערביות כביקורת לגיטימית על ישראל, אך למעשה זו מהווה כלי ניגוח מכוון מטרה כנגד ישראל, היהדות והציונות.

עקב שינויים פוליטים שארעו באמריקה הדרומית בעיקר, נוספו מספר מדינות לגוש השמאל העולמי המיליטנטי אשר באורח פבלובי, חברו לגוש שוטמי ישראל והמערב בעולם.

איראן, הפכה לציר המרכזי המתאם פעולות טרור עולמי והכפשת ישראל כסמן הימני, להכפשת כלל מדינות המערב. אליה חברו וונצואלה, קובה וניקרגואה במחול ה"הקומבייה" נוטף השנאה למערב בכללו וישראל בפרט.

גוש מדינות המערב הכולל כ-30-20 מדינות החל את המסע האיטי והמהסס מדי שלו ליציאתו מהמילכוד האיסלמי העולמי. ניכרים שביבי הכרה ראשונים כי המערב נימצא תחת מתקפה "רכה" (ניצול רפיסות הדמוקרטיות המערביות כנגד עצמן), כהכנה לקראת המתקפה העיקרית "הקשה" (השתלטות על הדמוקרטיות בנוסך גרמניה הנאצית, 1933 ) וכי יש לנקוט צעדים כנגדה. אלו אך צעדים ראשונים אך המגמה ברורה ובכיוון הנכון.

ככל שתלך ותתחזק ההכרה המערבית בסכנת האיסלם המיליטנטי ישתפר מצבה הבינלאומי של ישראל בקרב מדינות הגוש המערבי ומדינות נוספות יצטרפו למעגל האנטי-איסלמי. ומכאן, מצבה הגאופוליטי הבינלאומי הכולל של ישראל ישתפר וילך עם חלוף הזמן בעוד אשר מצבה בקרב גוש האיסלם הרדיקלי משך העשורים הקרובים ילך ויחמיר בה במדה, אך בכך הרי אין כל חדש.

לאמור לעיל ישנו קשר הדוק באשר לאותו "חלון הזדמנויות" המדובר. עדיין יחלפו מספר עשרות בשנים לפני שמדינות הגוש המערבי יאלצו לעמוד עם גבן אל הקיר ובאופן מאורגן להדוף את המתקפה האיסלמיסטית עליהן. לכשזה לבטח יקרה, הרי יחל להיפתח צוהר קטן, המתרחב והולך עבור ישראל לכינון מצב של שלום באזורנו. כל זמן שמחרחרי השילטון האיסלמי העולמי לא ישקטו, אין סיכוי כי יניחו לאזורנו בשלום אפילו ונגיע להסכמי שלום עם שכנינו, באשר מטרתו של האיסלם המיליטנטי אינו שלום בינינו לבין שכנינו, הללו נחרצים בדעתם להשמיד את מדינת היהודים, ליצור "אזור נקי מיהודים" בכל רחבי המזרח התיכון, עם הסכם שלום או בלעדיו. ולכן, בלחץ ובחירחור פעמי מלחמה מהצד האיסלמיסטי העולמי, ההסכמים הללו יופרו עוד בטרם תיבש עליהם חתימת הדיו. "החלון" יפתח במלואו ולאשורו אך משיודבר האיסלם המיליטנטי או משיגבר האיסלם השפוי על הקיצונים בו ויגיע, בטוב אם ברע להכרה כי שיתוף פעולה עם המערב עדיף על סיכסוכים מדיניים וצבאיים שאין להם תכלית וסוף. להתארגנויות עממיות ליברליות בתוככי עולם האיסלם המתון ישנו תפקיד מפתח במימוש מתווה זה. קיימות עדויות לסדקים חיובים בחומת האיסלם המיליטנטי אם כי היום לכך יגיע בוודאי בתוך כך וכך עשרות בשנים מזמננו.

טעות נפוצה היא בקרב "עמומי השלום אכזב" בקירבנו כי הסיכסון בינינו לערבים כל כולו הינו סיכסוך נדלנ"י בעוד אינם מפנימים כי הסיכסוך בין הג'יהאד העולמי וגרורותיו באזורנו הינו דתי בבסיסו, כאשר אויבינו מבחוץ ורופסינו מבפנים ניתלים במתווה הנדל"ני כלוז הבעיה באזורנו בעוד אשר זהו התרוץ בלבד בידי אויבינו לקרב את קיצנו, הרי שעלינו להגדיר את הסיכסוך כסיכסוך בין הדת היהודית והנוצרית יחדיו, לבין האיסלם. ומכאן, אך משייושב הסיכסוך העולמי בין הגוש המערבי (היודו-נוצרי) לאיסלם, המתודלק בהיסטריה דתית איסלמיסטית קיצונית, ניתן יהיה לגשת לפיתרון הקבע הנדל"ני באזורנו, הכולל שירטוט גבולות קבע חדשים.

זירת המזרח הרחוק

כיום כבר ברור לכל בר-בי-רב כי איראן אינה חותרת אך להשמדת ישראל (אם בכלל), לגביה ישראל הינה אך הצעד הראשון של הפיון הראשון במשחק השחמט שלה להשגת השפעה איסלמית מהפכנית עולמית. איראן השיעית, יחדיו עם הג'יהאד העולמי הסוני, חותרת באורח איסלמיסטי-משיחי אך קר ומושכל להשתלטות עוינת, גלויה או סמויה, על כלל העולם, מזרח ומערב כאחת. קרוב לוודאי כי תיכשל בכך בטווח הרחוק אך עד אז תחולל זו מהומה הגונה ביחסים הבין לאומים אשר אפשר והעולם יהיה ניצרך לעשרות בשנים על מנת להתיר את הסבך המדיני והצבאי שהללו יוצרים כעת.

ניתנת האמת להאמר, האירנים פועלים בפיקחות, בערמומיות ובחוכמה רבה. הם איתרו בדיקנות רבה את הסדקים בהם יכולים הם להטיף את ארסם לתוככי העולם הדמוקרטי המערבי ולהרחיבם תוך שמשתמשים הם בכוח הכבידה האימפוטנטי, הדמוקרטי-האוטופי (בשלב זה), כנגד עצמו על מנת להפילו.

כלפי מזרח, מתמרנים האיראנים את סין לשיתוף פעולה, תוך ניצול הנהיה הסינית לדומיננטיות כלכלית על פני המערב, לספק להם את מחסורם ולהתל בתוכנית הסנקציות המערבית כנגדם. בד בבד, מפעילים האיראנים חתרנות איסלמית קשה בתוככי סין מתוך כוונה להביאה לשיתוף פעולה הדוק יותר תוך יצירת הרושם בבוא היום כי ידה מונחת על ההדק האיסלמי בתוככי סין.

גם באזורי המזרח הקרובים לאיראן כמו אפגניסטן, פקיסטאן והודו לא טומנים האיראנים ידם בצלחת. הם מחזיקים מדינות אלו בגרונן על ידי שליטה בגובה הלהבות האיסלמיסטיות הפנימיות. גם אם לא יישתלטו הלכה ולמעשה על מדינות אלו הרי שישיגו קרש קפיצה לשליטה מדינית למצער ואפשר גם צבאית בשלב מאוחר יותר.

איראן אף מתמרנת את השוטים השמאלנים הדרום-אמריקנים (קובה, ניקראגווה, וונצואלה), תוך ניצול משטמתם ל"קפיטליזם החזירי" האמריקני, והופכתם בכך "לאידיוטים מועילים" בתוכניתה לאגף את אמריקה הצפונית מדרום, על מנת להכניעה בבוא היום, הן מבפנים (הדמוגרפיה והרחם האיסלמי) והן מבחוץ. בד בבד, מבטיחה איראן אספקת חומרי גלם שוטפת לעצמה, ללא תלות במדינות המערב.

איראן גם בוחשת באפריקה על מנת להבטיח לעצמה מקורות אספקה אשר יתמכו בחלומותיה הצבאיים המשיחיים. גם כאן מנצלת איראן את "הסולידריות" האיסלמיסטית על מנת להשתלט באמצעות ממון וסיוע טכנולוגי על מקורות האספקה של חומרי גלם הנחוצים לה לעתיד, כפי שהיא רואה אותו.

זירת המזרח התיכון

לא רק הפצצה הגרעינית האיראנית היא הבעיה העומדת בפני ישראל. דחף ההשתלטות על המזרח התיכון כצעד ראשון לקנית דומיננטיות איראנית כלל עולמית היא בעייתה של ישראל (והעולם). כאמור, אופצית השלום הפורחת באויר באזורנו מעניינת את הגמד השעיר מטהרן כשלג דאשתקד, כל ענינו הוא להיתלות בסכסוך שלנו כאן כתרוץ לחתרנות נוספת נגדנו תוך חימוש מסיבי יותר של ציר הרשע המזרח תיכוני דהיינו, סוריה, חיזבאללה וחמאס.

איראן איננה ניזקקת כלל וכלל לייצר פצצה גרעינית ואין כל וודאות כי ברצונה אכן לייצרה. עצם האיום האמיתי ביכולתה ליצר פצצה שכזו דיה לשתק את כלל העולם המערבי בכלל וישראל בפרט. עצם האמונה המיסטית המערבית כי האיראנים הינם משוגעים לכאורה (הם אינם משוגעים, הם "רק" חכמים), המסוגלים בהתקף אמוק משיחי לסחוט את הדק הפצצה ולהחריב את העולם הוא-הוא האיום האמיתי האיראני אשר בעזרתו ינכסו אלו לעצמם (לתקוותם) את הדומיננטיות העולמית בה הינם חפצים. כל שעליהם לעשות (ואכן עושים) הוא ליצור את הרושם כי בידם פצצה או כי הינם נימצאים כמטחווי יד מהפצצה, לערוך מיפגני רכב שיגור לפצצה (טילים בין יבשתיים) והרי הם מסודרים.

השלום עם סוריה? איזה שלום! אסד אינו מעונין בשלום לפי הבנתנו אלא לפי הבנתו הוא, הוא אומר זאת באופן הברור ביותר למי שמעונין אכן להקשיב ולא רק לשמוע. משהו בסגנון "תנו לי את רמה"ג עד הכינרת ואני אתן לכם פיסת נייר לעטיפת דגים". כל ענינו מתמקד בהשבת הגולן ומי הכינרת לידים סוריות, יישוב חצי מליון עד מליון פליטים פלשתינים בשטח זה, אירגונם ככוח צבאי על ידי משמרות המהפכה האיראניות, איום בהטרדת וריקוט הגליל הן מלבנון והן מרמה"ג ובכך להתקדם שלב נוסף בדרך לחיסול ישראל בעודו רוחץ בניקיון כפיו. מספר עמומי שכל בינינו בינהם קצינים בכירים בהווה ובעבר, אינם משיגים בדעתם כי אין כוח שבעולם אשר יוכל לעצור את אסד להטיל מימיו במי הכינרת ולהזמין למסיבה את כל משמרות המהפכה האיראניות יחד עמו וזאת בשעה הראשונה שלאחר חתימת "הסכם שלום" מאחז העינים עם ישראל.

מבחינת ישראל הסוס כבר ממילא ברח מהאורווה. החיזבאללה כבר חומש ואורגן עד למעלה מאוזניו, ואלו סחפו את כלל לבנון כפרי בשל לידיו. זוהי הצלחה ברורה של אסד ומכאן אין סיכוי שבעולם שיוותר על מצב השפעה מצפון לישראל אשר כבר כעת נתון בידיו.

מה חושבים "מומחינו" לעצמם, נבקש יפה ואסד יענה? הרי המצב העכשווי הינו מתת האל עבורו. כבר כעת הוא בדרכו לההנות מכל העולמות. מימון, נשק וטכנולוגיה איראניות זורמות בחופשיות אליו (וללבנון), כאשר המערב אינו עומד בפיתוי ומכשכש בזנבו לעומתו. הוא חייב להיות טיפש מטופש לוותר על כל אלו, והוא בהחלט אינו טיפש. הסכם שלום עם סוריה יהיה והינו אחיזת עינים אחת גדולה. מצב הישיבה על הגדר משרת את אסד באורח שהסכם שלום לא יתחרה בו, למצער לא משך מספר עשרות שנים הבאות.

ירדן כפיתרון אפשרי - המזרח התיכון של 2030-50 , לא יהיה המזרח התיכון של ימינו. קיימת אפשרות סבירה ביותר כי ממלכת ירדן לא תתקיים יותר ותהפוך למדינה פלשתינית עקב חתרנות איראנו-סורית עוינת לבית המלוכה. המלך הירדני מודע לאפשרות זו היטב ולאורה יש להבין את הלחץ שהינו מפעיל לפיתרון מהיר ככל האפשר של הסכסוך הישראלי-פלשתיני כעת תוך שלוחץ לקבוע את ירושלים המזרחית כבירת פלסתין על מנת לקבע פיתרון פלשתיני שלא יבוא על חשבון שרידות ממלכתו. "האופציה הירדנית" לעיל מחייבת הימצאות צבאית ישראלית בבקעת הירדן בכל תנאי וזמן שהוא, אך יתרה מזו. מצב זה טומן בחובו את האפשרות המעשית ביותר הניראית באופק לפיתרון הסיכסוך בינינו לבין הפלסתינים בטווח השנים העתידי האמור.

כל שטח בשיטחי יו"ש שנעביר באורח קבע לידי הפלסתינים לא יוחזר לעולם שוב לידנו גם אם המדינה הפלשתינית תיקבע בסופו של יום בשטח ממלכת ירדן ומכאן, מדוע עלינו להחפז? הנה הוא "חלון ההזדמנויות" הירדני העתידי המותיר את כל הצדדים שבעי רצון (למעט מספר שיבטי בדואים בממלכת ירדן).

בפני ישראל ניפתחה ההזדמנות להידוק קשרים אמיתי (קרוב לוודאי חשאי), עם מדינות באזורנו המאוימות על ידי איראן ממש כמותנו והמדובר הוא במצרים, סעודיה, ירדן, מספר אמירויות ואפשר שגם עיראק בבוא הזמן. הברזל הינו חם, יש להכות עליו בתבונה בלא לתת פומבי ליחסים אפשרים המתרקמים בינינו למדינות אלו.

ובאשר לטורקיה, מבחינת ישראל טורקיה היא משחק אבוד. יש לחכות למרידת הצבא שם כאפשרות היחידה להבאתה של זו חזרה למשפחת העמים השפויה. עד אז, אם בכלל, על ישראל להיזהר ולהשמר מהעברת טכנולוגיות צבאיות רגישות לידים טורקיות, הדבר משול לתמיכה ישירה של ישראל באיראן, כנגד עצמה.

גם לבנון הינה עבור ישראל משחק סכום אפס. למצער, בעתיד הקרוב לבנון הפכה מאויב מתון, לאויב מר ברמה סורית-חיזבאללונית וכך יש להתיחס אליה.

"הבעיה הדמוגרפית"– יותר ויותר נערמות עדויות כי "הבעיה הדמוגרפית" אינה קיימת באותו האופן בה הינה מוצגת באשר הינה מגמתית ומנוצלת להעצמת טיעונים פוליטים הניסמכים על חצאי אמיתות סטטיסטיות ועד שקרים גלויים, על מנת ליצור חרדות קיומיות בקרב הציבור ובכך להטות את הלך הרוח הציבורי כלפי פיתרון של מיעוט אג'נדתי בתוכנו החובר-במבחן המעשה-לשמאל הרדיקלי והג'יהאד האיסלמי העולמים..

מסתבר כי הרחם הדתית-היהודית פוריה לא פחות ולעיתים אף יותר מהרחם הפלשתינית. באם נוסיף לכך את עלית היהודים עקב חוק השבות ואת הגירת הפלסתינים המסיבית משיטחי יו"ש הרי שהמאזן הדמוגרפי נוטה יותר ויותר לטובת ישראל. במדה והכיוון המסתמן של רוב יהודי מוצק ומתיצב ממערב לירדן הרי שטיעון חלוקת הארץ, ובוודאי שטיעון "חלון ההזדמנויות" בהקשרו הדמוגרפי הולך ונישמט מרשימת הסיבות לכך.

המפתח לפיתרון רבים מהקשיים אותם אנו חווים כיום והקשיים הרבים מונים רבים אשר ישראל תעמוד בפניהם בעתיד טמון בפתרון הסוגיה האיראנית ( ואכן ממשלת ישראל מודעת היטב לכך—למעט דווקא אהוד ברק המתעלם ממנה בפן ההצהרתי מסיבותיו הפוליטיות האישיות שלא זה המקום לפרטן). על המערב וישראל בתוכו לחתור בכל מאודו להפלת משטר האייטולות אל החומש. יש להפנות תקציבים ומאמצים מודיעינים מתואמים עולמיים על מנת לעודד, הן בטוב והן ברע, כוחות ליברלים פנים איראנים כמו גם קבוצות לאום בדלניות שם לפעול להפלת משטר האייתולות. שלום העולם כולו והשלום באזורנו נישען על כך.

האמור לעיל מלמד כי בטווח של 20-40 שנים מהיום, לאור מצבנו הגאו-פוליטי האזורי והעולמי העתידי, ייפתח אז 'חלון הזדמנויות' אמיתי לניהול ולפתרון הסיכסוך באזורנו. ומכאן, אל לנו, באיסור חמור, כי בנפשנו הדבר, להגיע כעת להסכמי שלום קשיחים-סופיים עם אויבינו באשר אלו לא ימנעו כיום את המלחמה הבאה מהטעמים שניזכרו לעיל. הסכמים מעין אלו מחייבים וויתורים אסטרטגים מפליגים, מזעזעי קיומנו, אשר בהם נימסור אנו שטחים המהווים את שריון הגנתנו הקשיח על שפלת החוף, בתמורה לפיסת נייר מוכתמת בדיו-מתפוגגת אשר הנאמר בה יופר כבר ביום שלמחרת. אין לאי מי בעולמנו כיום האמצעים לכפות תנאים קשיחים לשלום אמת במדה והצד השני רואה בהסכם זה אך תרגיל נכלולי להונאת והשמדת הצד האחר.

ומכאן, משא ומתן להסדרי בינים, כלכליים, מדיניים וביטחוניים עם כל הצדדים אשר ינמיך להבות ורוחות מלחמה אפשריות הינו הכרח השעה ורצוי בהחלט. ממילא עלינו לתת לזמן לעשות את שלו משך מספר עשרות בשנים, כאשר עלינו כולנו, להוכיח לעצמנו ולצד השני כי אנו מסוגלים לחיות בשלום האחד לצד השני לפני שניתחייב סופית להסכם שלום קבע שיבטיח קיום הולם לשני הצדדים.

שמאל, שמאל, אייכה

קיימת תמימות דעים אידאולוגית ההולכת וגוברת בין השמאל הציוני האוטנטי לימין הלאומי במדינת ישראל. שני הזרמים הראשיים הללו מצאו האחד את משנהו באשר מקטעים מהשמאל השורשי איבדו את אמונתם במסריהם מקדמת דנא, נתנו עצמם למשיסת אופורטוניסטים, צבועים ושרלטנים מתוכם, הניחו שלא בטובתם לאנשים אלימים, קומוניסטים, טרוצקיסטים ואנרכיסטים אנטי-ציונים להכתיב עבורם את סדר היום וויתרו ונטשו את הקרב על דמותו של מרכז השמאל הישראלי. לפני כשנתים ויותר כבר אובחנה מגמה זו בבירור וכותב מאמר זה יצא אז עם מאמר אשר שמו מצביע על תוכנו: "שמאל הוא ימין-ימין הוא שמאל".

האם התמסמסות השמאל הישראלי הינה גזרה משמים? האם אין דרך חזרה? יש ויש והיא בהשג יד, לתועלתנו כולנו. להלן ננסה לסווג את זרמי השמאל הקיימים בינינו כדלקמן:

שמאל יהודי, ציוני, דמוקרטי ולאומי– נימצא ברובו הגדול כיום בימין הנוטה מהמרכז וימינה (מהמרכז הפוליטי ועד מפלגת "הליכוד").

שמאל דמוקרטי ישראלי– נימצא בעיקרו במפלגות "העבודה" ו"קדימה".

שמאל סוציאליסטי ודמוקרטי- שאינו לאומי ואינו יהודי כהילכתו – מאכלס בעיקרו את מפלגת מר"ץ

שמאל קיצוני, אנרכיסטי, "פלסתיני"– אינו יהודי אינו ציוני ואינו דמוקרטי. בעיקרו כולל ישראלים מהזן הקומוניסטי-אנרכיסטי המאכלס בחובו רסיסי מפלגות שמאל שהתפוררו, אשר חצו את הקווים. הללו הנימצאים בעיקר במערכות החוק והמשפט, תקשורת, אקדמיה ואירגוני אנרכיסטים למיניהם, כופרים בזכותה של מדינת היהודים להתקיים ובכך חברו לאויבי ישראל המושבעים. אלו כוללים גם מפלגות ערביות כגון בל"ד, חד"ש ובנותיה.

למעט האחרונים לעיל, אלו מהשמאל הקיצוני האנרכיסטי "הפלסתיני" הרי שעבור מירב השמאל הישראלי לא אפסה התקווה לחזור למרכז הבמה הפוליטית ולהשפיע.

אובדן כוחו של השמאל עד כדי התמוססות כוללת משך כעשרים השנים האחרונות , נעוץ בכך ששקע ביאוש, שאיבד את הקשר, החזון והרצון לפתרון בעיות היסוד של העם היהודי במדינת ישראל.

לאט אך בעקביות ובמקביל לאובדן האמון הציבורי בו, החלו חלקים בשמאל היהודי, ציוני ודמוקרטי, הולכים ומקצינים, הולכים ומאבדים את אחיזתם בשורשיהם היהודים והציונים ומשאיבדו את קישרם לעם וניכזבה תוחלתם לכבוש מקומם הפוליטי כמקדם, באשר התרחקותם ממרכז הקומצנזוס הישראלי גרם לרתיעה הולכת ומצטברת מפניהם באותו הציבור וחוזר חלילה, פנה הוא ביאושו ותיסכולו לכיוון האנטי-דמוקרטי האנרכיסטי הקיצוני. גרוע מכך, השולים הסהרורים של שמאל זה חצו את הקווים והפכו לשוטמי ישראל, אויבי מדינת ישראל לכל דבר וענין, תומכי הנרטיב הפלסתיני ודובריו ומכאן היתה קצרה הדרך לייצובם כאוטו-אנטישמים גמורים.

טעות היא לחשוב כי השמאל הישראלי האוטנטי נעלם. שמאל זה הראוי מעין כמוהו, חי ובועט וממתין לימים טובים יותר אשר בהם יוכל לקום כבימים ימימה ולהוות משקל ראוי לשאר המפלגות בינינו.

מירב השמאל הזה, הציוני היהודי והדמוקרטי לאשורו (ואין המדובר ב"שמאל הלאומי" אותו בן כלאים נילעג) נימצא כיום מחוסר ברירה, במפלגות הליכוד, העבודה ובמפלגת "קדימה".

ומכאן, התמהיל שנוצק משך עשרים השנים שחלפו הכולל את מפלגות הימין יחדיו עם אנשי השמאל הישראלי השורשי הביא למצב הניתפס בעיני רבים כקבלת דרך הימין על ידי השמאל ולא היא. הדבק המחבר בין הימין והשמאל השורשיים הוא שיצר רף אידאולוגי שונה אשר איחד ומיתן את הקצוות בשני המחנות האחודים של השמאל והימין הלאומים. אותו "איחוד" ווירטואלי לכאורה הוא שגרם כתגובת נגד, להקצנת הקצוות באורח בלתי מידתי. להוותנו, הקצה הקיצון השמאלני כה הקצין עד כי לא ראה פסול בשיתוף פעולה עם אויבי עמנו. ללא כל ספק ניתן כיום לשייך את השמאל הקיצוני המטורף כנתון במקשה עיסתית אחת עם אויבי ישראל מהמגזר הקיצוני החרדי המטורף (נטורי קרטא). שניהם באים ממקורות מנוגדים אך מטרתם אחת, קיעקוע הלגיטימיות שלנו כולנו.

לא רבים יחלקו על הקביעה כי שילטון הימין כיום מהווה את שילטון המבוגר האחראי על מדינת ישראל. ההגיון ויישוב הדעת, הממלכתיות, העמדת עניני המדינה על כלל גווניה ורבדיה מעל כל מחלוקות אחרות, מביאים את השלטון הקיים לרמת נאורות שילטונית נכוחה (הגם שאין להתעלם מהקילקולים הידועים - ואלו רבים).

מאידך-גיסא, ככל שירחק היום ויתבסס שילטון הימין על מדינת ישראל כן יחלו החריקות לצרום. ככל שיחוש עצמו שילטון הימין מבוסס היטב בשילטון כך יצוצו הבקיעים המרמזים על כשל. זו דרכו של עולם, זה דרכו של שלטון, זהו טבע האדם.

לימים ההם אנו ניצרכים לאופוזיציה נאותה אשר תחזיר הענינים לתלם. אין בנימצא כיום אופוזיציה מתקנת שילטון ראויה, לשלטון הימין, אלא ערב רב אופורטוניסטי חסר חוט שדרה אידאולוגי מוצק המבוסס בעיקרו על תאבי הממון, העשיה לביתם והשררה ממפלגת קדימה, אלו אשר אלוהיהם הינם "כורסות עור הצבי" ומנעמי השילטון ותו לא.

מדינת ישראל נצרכת לאופוזיציה אדאולוגית, בעלת מוסר ועקרונות אשר לכל סטיה מן הדרך של מפלגת השלטון, תזדרז ותציב לפניו מראה בוהקת ו"תשכנעו" לחזור לתלם השפיות.

אופוזיציה מהזן הזה נימצאת אך ורק במפלגות השמאל הציוני. דא-עקא, חברי שמאל אלו גזו ונעלמו לכאורה, התאדו באויר הפוליטי הישראלי.

רבים וטובים בשמאל הציוני ובוודאי שבשמאל האנרכיסטי כשלו בהבנת העם בתוכו הם יושבים. מפלגות אלו הצטיינו תמיד בגבהות לב אליטיסטית ומתנשאת, זילזול, סתימת פיות, כפית דעותיהם על האחר, חוסר רצון ואף איבה ממשית לנוכח דעות שונות. והמחיר לכך משולם כיום על ידם עד תומו. העם היושב בציון אינו טיפש כלל ועיקר, נהפוך הוא, העם מגלה בגרות ופיכחון פוליטי ומדיני מרשים. העם כבר היבחין בדוגמטיות האידאולוגית, בהתנגדות הכפייתית מצד שמאל להסכין עם העובדות הנפרשות לנגד העינים. אנו מבחינים בכוונת מכוון של השמאל הקיצוני "הפלשתיני" לפנות כנגד עניי עירו, תוך נהייתו אחר אויבי ישראל בתרוץ של שמירת "זכויות אדם", "חופש הביטוי" ועוד תעלולי מילים עקלתונים כגון דא.

רבותי, כיום השמאל הישראלי בכללו הינו מבולבל. אנשיו רואים את עמדות ההשפעה מעברם המפואר הולכות ונשמטות הולכות וגזות באויר הפוליטי המתדלל ואינם יודעים נפשם, הינם אובדי עצות. לכן חלקם מגיבים באגרסיביות , באלימות אידאולוגית ובאנטי לאומיות קיצונית ופונים לעבר אנרכיה ושיטנת ישראל ואילו הרוב בהם מצטרפים למפלגות הנתפשות כציוניות כ"ליכוד", "העבודה" וקדימה" באשר תאבים הם למצוא בית לאומי חם ומבין לליבם. שהרי הללו לא חדלו יום בהיר אחד להיות ציונים.

בין שתי קצוות אלו נמצאים "הטווסים", השרלטנים, בקיצור, ה"צבועים" שהתנ"ך שלנו כה הטיב לתארם. אלו השמאלנים אשר אנרכיזם אינו ממנהגם ממילא אך הכבוד העצמי האבוד שלהם ורדיפת הכיבודים האובססיבית שלהם אינו מניח להם להודות כי מפלגות "הליכוד", "העבודה" ו"קדימה" הינם פתרון זמני נאות. אלו הם אנשי השמאל הלאומי הבדלני כדוגמת יוזמת "השמאל הלאומי" של אלדד (הכרוכיה) יניב ושמואל (המחרים) הספרי והיוזמה החדשה של אברהם (הצלופח) בורג. ברי הוא בעליל כי לא ליוזמות שמאל קיקיוני אלו פיללנו באשר אלו אינם באים בידים נקיות לזירה הפוליטית. בוודאי קיימות יוזמות שמאל חדשות נוספות המתרקמות בעצם כתיבת שורות אלו והצצות כפטריות לאחר הגשם, על רובן של אלו ניגזרה כליה, למעט הללו שימומנו בכספים סיבוביים של מדינות ערביות וקרנות שוטמות ישראל באמצעות קל"ח (קרן לישראל חדשה) השמחה לקפוץ עם מרשרשים ביד על מנת להרבות תסיסה, בוקה-ומבולקה שלטונית אשר תשחק לידיה במטרתה להפיכה בשלטון הישראלי.

רסיסי המפלגות הקיקיוניות הללו יחטיאו את מטרתם וידשדשו עד זרא בביצה הפוליטית ללא תכלית והסיבה היא פשוטה:.השמאל הישראלי אחר את הרכבת המדינית-פוליטית, ההזדמנות ניתנה בידו והוא החמיצה אומללות. זה עשרים שנים שהשמאל הישראלי מצעיד את מדינת ישראל מיגון לאנחה לדאבה וחוזר חלילה. כל הבוקה-ומבולקה שחווה העם הזה, על אלפי הנרצחים הפצועים הקיטעים, המגורשים והדואבים, כולם הינם תוצאה של רעיונות המחנה השמאלני בקירבנו. הסוס הזה ניגמר, העם החכם שלנו כבר אינו מוכן לשמוע מרעיונות הזוהים, עיוועים ומופרכים. אנו בגרנו והחכמנו, אנו לא ניהיה מוכנים להאזין יותר לשרלטנים המבטיחים לנו "שלום עכשיו" בעוד שאנו אך קיבלנו "שלום אכזב או שווא". ההתעללות ברגשותינו הסתימה.

לאלו המשווים בנפשם כי בכך ניסתם הגולל על השמאל הישראלי, הרי שהינם טועים, לא מניה ולא מקצתה. אנו זקוקים לאופוזיציה במשטרנו הדמוקרטי ואנו זקוקים בכך לשמאל. אלא מאי, אנו זקוקים לשמאל "חדש-ישן" ולא לשעטנז רודף טובת עצמו, רודף מנעמי השלטון, זה המעוות-אידאולוגית כפי המגולם בהתארגנויות השמאל החדשות. השמאל אינו תופעה 'חוץ-שטח' בנוף הישראלי. באם קובעים אנו כי העם היושב בציון הינו חכם, הקביעה הזו כוללת גם את השמאל השפוי. על הזרם הראוי הזה להתנער משרלטנים הרוכבים על גבו ומכתיבים לו את דעותיהם אשר הקשר בינן לבין טובת העם הינו מקרי בלבד.

באם השמאל ישכיל לערוך תפנית פרסה, לשכנע את הציבור כי באמת ובתמים גורלם של כולנו הוא מענינו, כי ערכינו הם ערכיו דהיינו, ערכי יהדות, ציונות, ודמוקרטיה המגולמים יחדיו בתזה הסוציאליסטית הבסיסית שלו, הרי שהחל הוא לעלות על הנתיב הפוליטי אשר יביאו לידי היותו שוב גורם משמעותי בחיינו.

על השמאל "החדש-ישן" הלזה, יקרא באשר יקרא, "מפלגת העבודה" או כל שם אחר, לחדול באחת מלעסוק אובססיבית בעניני הפלסתינים ולהעביר תשומת ליבו, למצער-הבלבדית או עיקרית, לתוככי מדינת ישראל פנימה. על שמאל זה לצרף לרשימת תאריו את היותו שמאל סוציאליסטי או מוטב לומר שמאל קפיטל-סוציאלי.

העיסוק הכפייתי בנושאי "הכיבוש", שמעולם לא היה כיבוש לאשורו (באשר לא כבשנו את השטח אלא השתלטנו עליו תוך לחימה ובדין, עקב תוקפנות היריב – שלא להזכיר את מורשת אבותינו לגביו), הוא שמחסל את השמאל הישראלי. העיסוק המשיק למושג "ניכפה", המלמד על ניצוץ של טרוף מערכות אידאולוגי תוך העיסוק שהפך זה מכבר לתמוה, בעניני זכויות הפלסתינים כאשר ביליונים של תושבי כדור הארץ ממילא עוסק בכך אם לצורך ואם שלא בעוד אך העם היהודי נותר לעסוק בזכויות היהודים. ולכן, חבירת חוגים נירחבים בשמאל הקיצוני על זרמיו לאויבי ישראל והיותו במשתמע השופר האנטישמי אשר הינו משמש להם כנגד עניי עירו, מקוממים כל ישראלי ויהודי מאוזן בנפשו, כל יהודי חפץ חיים וקיום, ובצדק רב.

כל אדם הישר עם עצמו ועם סביבתו ויש כדוגמתם רבים בשמאל הישראלי יודע ומכיר בעוולות המושפעות מהשמאל הישראלי האנרכיסטי "פלשתיני" על סביבתם, על הנזק העצום שגורמים הם לכל עם ישראל בכך שחוברים לשוטמינו בשמאל הרדיקלי והאיסלם המיליטנטי העולמים. גלו יושר ויושרה, אתם אנשי השמאל השפוי האוטנטי, התנערו ממשנאי החינם הללו בינינו, הוכיחו לעצמכם ולנו כי יושר ויושרה, כי גורל עם ישראל בארצו הוא המדריככם. שתיקתכם לנוכח המסע האנטי ישראלי של שמאל קיקיוני קיצוני בתוככי מדינת ישראל מלמדת כי עדיין עם ישראל אינו יכול לבטוח בכם. אדרבא, הוכיחו לציבור אחרת.

מאידך-גיסא, מוטלת על חברי השמאל השורשי החובה המוסרית להגיע עם הפלגים השמאלנים האנרכיסטים "הפלשתינים" להבנה כי דרכם שגויה ולהחזירם תוך חיבוק ושיכנוע לחיק עם ישראל כבימים ימימה.

המצב החברתי הפנימי במדינת ישראל מתקרב בצעדים מדודים לעבר קטסטרופה מזעזעת אושיות. מפלגות הימין מטבען ערוכות לעסוק יותר בצדק-שילטוני אך אינן ערוכות מטבען האידאולוגי לעסוק בעניני צדק-סוציאלי. אך השמאל שעצם קיומו לכאורה מושתת על עיסוק בנושאים סוציאלים, נטשם כליל ועוסק, ראש ורגלים—כל כולו אך ורק בזכויות אויבינו. אנומליה זו אינה ניסתרת מעיני הציבור המצביע בפתקיו כנגדה.

מעל מליון אנשים עניים וקשי יום חיים במדינת ישראל באין להם פיתחון פה ומי שישמש להם לפה. הנה הוא הכר הפנוי הנירחב לפעילות, הזועק ליד מכוונת ומטפלת. זהו התחום הטבעי של השמאל, זוהי הציונות גם היא, זוהי היהדות ומוסרה לאשורה. כאן היא ההזדמנות של השמאל "החדש-ישן" למצב עצמו על מפת האומה ובכך על המפה הפוליטית החדשה.

הנגב והגליל משוועים ליד מיישבת. מדינת ישראל מאבדת שטחים לטובת תושבים ערבים אשר מדינתנו אינה כוס התה שלהם וזו בלשון המעטה. הנה הוא התחום בו יכול השמאל הישראלי האוטנטי להוכיח לעצמו ולאחרים כי לא פסה רוח ציונית ויהודית מתוכו. הבה ויקומו אנשים טובים מתוך השמאל הישראלי ויצאו לישב את הטעון נואשות יישוב. בכך שאין השמאל עוסק בהתישבות אך עוסק במסע שטנה עיקבי ושלילי כנגד המתנחלים, אלו המיישבים תוך תחושת שליחות עמוקה את ארץ ישראל, בעוד הינו עצמו מפגין אזלת ידו, הרי שבכך הוא יורה ברגלינו וברגליו הוא פעמיים.

מדיניות השמאל מבוססת כיום על מדיניות שינאה. שינאה לדתיים, שנאה למתנחלים, שנאה לציונים, שינאה ליהודים רחמנא-ליצלן.. מעולם, בסיפו של יום, לא צלחו יתרונות פוליטים בידי גוף הניבנה על שינאה לאחר. על השמאל לחדול ממדיניות השנאה, מדיניות זו מדרדרת אותו לתהום אלקטורלית. ומנגד, עליו לפתוח במדיניות קרוב לבבות. מדיניות ממלכתית ואחראית אשר תקרב את חלקי העם יחדיו, זו המדיניות האוצרת בחובה הבטחה גדולה לקציר אלקטורלי ביום הבוחר.

כל הנאמר לעיל שורשיו נעוצים ראש וראשון בהנהגת השמאל (או בהעדרה). דא-עקא, אין בשלב זה ניראית באופק הנהגה מסוג זה. אנשים טובים היו וקיימים בשמאל הישראלי מאז ומעולם אך כיום קולם אינם נישמע ואובד ברעשי הרקע האנרכיסטי והאוטו-אנטישמי של מיעוט קולני המזיק לכולנו, שמאל וימין כאחת.

הבה ויקומו אותם אנשים טובים, יתנערו מחרגונם ויחלו להניע את השמאל הישראלי לתועלת כולנו. יוכיחו אנשים טובים בשמאל כי לא נס ליחם, כי מסוגלים הם להסב את השיירה הצועדת לאבדון, הבה ויוכיחו כי יכולים הם להצעיד השמאל לעבר אופק נאות יותר.
