Date sent: Sat, 4 Nov 2000 Three new people joined with IMC: Irit Katriel from Haifa: [email protected] Micheling Beth-Levy from Jerusalem: [email protected] Galit Gelbort from Jerusalem: [email protected] Top Priorities discussed at meeting: Breaking or Recent News section (should be seperate frame with the ability to seperately maintain and upload information) on frontpage that is differentiated from Analysis and Editorials. Somewhat implemented in the english section of the IMC-Israel site. Any XHTML system has to have this implemented before it will be used in the English section. Plus Article name, author, date, as it looks presently...or better, then in the English IMC-Israel Site now. As in IMC-Philladelphia...two newswires...one for news and one for editorials which the publishing user can choose. Check out IMC- Philly to see their layout. Need to activate discussion groups and prominantly display them. Take the Blinking Hebrew, English IMC-Israel thing off and just say it in static place. Still keep the radio broadcasting moving thing. International Campaign page (section) Local activities Calender For the Press section (information about contacts and such for press) Links section Static pages with background: Media Course from Tanya Reinhart (discussion group can have Ran HaCohen and Tanya answer questions). Articles of Tanya, Ran, Jeff Halper and others on background to situation and Oslo and such. Link to anti-apartiheid site.
