Forgive the English, but hishtagatem? There is not a word, not a single damn word by Ya'alon or Sharon in any of the three articles referenced supporting transfer, and indeed an explicit statement against it. Sharon's "refusal to rule out transfer" (as it was tendentiously termed) is in fact his refusal to dignify such a question with a response. Kleiner and Elon are considered political buffoons in Israel; their commments were heated comments that came a day after yet another barbaric Palestinian suicide bombing. Frankly, after the 160th or so bloodthirsty suicide attack, when no other course of action seems to be working, I consider bombing a their city of origin while giving advance warning an act of considerable magnanimity. This is moot though: Israel will never indiscriminately bomb a Palestinian city or encourage transfer, and you all know it. Israeli soldiers in fact died in Jenin because of their desire to avoid civilian casualties. You are all making extremely grave charges based on zero evidence, other than what you want to believe. A few heated comments by marginal politicians who have zero chance of any real power do not constitute evidence. Shame on all of you. You are condemning Israel based on actions that it has not committed and has shown zero intention of committing. Ilan Weinglass
