יש הרבה תושבים מסכנים בישראל בתוך תחומי מדינת ישראל. מסתבר שאם אני בדואי מהנגב או תושב עיירת פיתוח אני לא מעניין את תעיוש. אם תעיוש היא שותפות יהודית-ערבית אז שתחלק גם אוכל לתושבים הרעבים של מדינת ישראל. יש מסכנים שקודמים לפלסטינאים כמו שנאמר "עניי עירך קודמים" אני גם רוצה לראות ערבים מחלקים אוכל ליהודים
