IsReally Media announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the assets of the
IndyMedia.co.il from IndyMedia Israel of Jerusalem for an undisclosed sum of money and the assumption of certain liabilities. The transaction is xpected
to close by September 30, 2002 and is subject to customary closing conditions, including the approval of IndyMedia Israel's shareholders.

Effective immediately, IsReally Media, Inc. will assume responsibility for operating IndyMedia.co.il.
