How about turning all political and public organisations transparent?
main 2 problams:1. will the mayer and counsil agree?
2. how do you pay for that
wll for 1 youll have to have a lobby and try to presuate tham
as for 2 i was thinking about a sort of internet pub on a server i was thinking of open source program , than youed have to start scaning old matirials and maps and when its ready youll have to have the city hall or what ever people save their documents on the server as well as localy.
