Re: Israeli Zionism = Nazism

Not much difference between "Juden Raus" in the Netherlands and "Araber Raus" in Israel. Equally despicable.

Amsterdam has a Jewish mayor.
When will Jerusalem have a christian or muslim mayor again?

Dani Evers, an Israeli inhabitant of the Occupied Territories with a Dutch passport, is an obstacle to peace, instead of a part of the solution. Let him go live in Israel instead of profiteering from the occupation, or give up his Dutch nationality.

Talk about Zionist hypocrisy...

Please also tell us more about the Zionist support of the Nazi's during WWII, so jews will become more aware that zionists are not good at all for jews, they are only good for zionists.

How amusing

I wanna be an "Indymedia shareholder" too.
Where's my undisclosed sum? :)

Israel: Caterpillar Should Suspend Bulldozer Sales
Weaponized Bulldozers Used to Destroy Civilian Property and Infrastructure
Caterpillar Inc., the U.S.-based heavy-equipment company, should immediately suspend sales of its powerful D9 bulldozer to the Israeli army, Human Rights Watch said today. As Human Rights Watch documented in a recent report, the Israeli military uses the D9 as its primary weapon to raze Palestinian homes, destroy agriculture and shred roads in violation of the laws of war.

'Disengagement' Will Change Little for Gaza
By Darryl Li and Lance Lattig
Published in International Herald Tribune
As the Israeli government prepares to implement Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's plan to "disengage" from the Gaza Strip, political debate in Israel focuses on the fate of the 6,000 Jewish settlers slated for evacuation. Yet for the 1.4 million Palestinians who live in Gaza, the Israeli occupation will continue, albeit in a different form, even if Israeli troops largely pull back from the territory.

Israel: 'Disengagement' Will Not End Gaza Occupation
Israeli Government Still Holds Responsibility for Welfare of Civilians
The Israeli government’s plan to remove troops and Jewish settlements from the Gaza Strip would not end Israel’s occupation of the territory. As an occupying power, Israel will retain responsibility for the welfare of Gaza’s civilian population.

Israel: Despite Gaza Pullout Plan, Home Demolitions Expand
Israeli Forces Destroy Homes to Clear Palestinians from Border
The Israeli armed forces have illegally razed thousands of homes, regardless of military necessity, to clear Palestinians from the Gaza-Egypt border and create a “buffer zone,” Human Rights Watch said in a report released today. The Israeli government is calling for the destruction of hundreds more homes to widen the zone as part of a plan to “disengage” from the territory.

Razing Rafah
Mass Home Demolitions in the Gaza Strip
This 135-page report focuses on the southern Gaza town of Rafah, where more than 10 percent of the population has lost their homes. As well as research and interviews conducted in Gaza, Israel and Egypt, the report uses satellite imagery, maps, graphs and photographs to document a pattern of illegal demolitions by the IDF. Such a pattern, the report says, is consistent with the political goal of having a wide and empty border area to facilitate long-term control over the Gaza Strip, rather than absolute military necessity.

The United States' "Disappeared": The CIA's Long-Term "Ghost Detainees"
In the aftermath of the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States, the Bush administration has violated the most basic legal norms in its treatment of security detainees. Many have been held in offshore prisons, the most well known of which is at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. As we now know, prisoners suspected of terrorism, and many against whom no evidence exists, have been mistreated, humiliated, and tortured. But perhaps no practice so fundamentally challenges the foundations of U.S. and international law as the long-term secret incommunicado detention of al-Qaeda suspects in “undisclosed locations.”

Egypt/Israel: Attacks on Civilians Are Unjustifiable Crimes
The bombings of a hotel and other tourist spots in and around the Egyptian resort town of Taba are crimes against humanity that should be vigorously condemned by civic and religious leaders throughout the Middle East, Human Rights Watch said today. Re: Israel can't count on Europe - yet

Wouldn't you like some peace and quiet for a change? I fail to see what the presence of illegal Israeli settlements, as are all of them that are beyond the green line, like in Hebron, East Jerusalem, Ariel, Golan, etc. etc. contribute to Israels secure existence.

As long as Europe can't count on Israel to respect the law and/or human rights, it is a miracle Israel is still allowed to be a trade partner of the EU.
