my eyes were full of images of war and bombings so looking for an image of peace I surfed here in the israeli indymedia site, because I knew I could find something so rare, pictures of people with writtens both in arab and hebrew, demonstrating together for peace. this is really something that official media never show (at least in my country). I don't think that a protest can really change the course of history, but I'm sure that today walking together with many people asking for peace made me feel better: it's something like a ritual, like a funeral. something to avoid to cry and to calm down your nerves.hope you guys you're more optimistic than me. This war is totally barbarian.
