The Israeli can be blamed because they don't give a damn about killing civilians. When an Israeli soldier is punished for "unsoldierly" behaviour, like murdering non-combattants or torturing civilans, it is not for the behaviour, but for getting caught. Home demolitions have nothing to do with protecting the citizens of Israel from terrorists. It is more like a stupid and inhumane act of revenge. It is on the other hand a good way of creating more anti-Israel emotions. Who do you think profit by this? No, not the Palestinians. Right, the settlers and their racist supporters.
