However, the message we, the Palestinian civilian population, are receiving from Israeli officials is threatening us with dangerous consequences. Statements made over the last two months by both Israeli officials and media indicate what they are proposing, planning and preparing to execute in the Palestinian occupied territories in case of war against Iraq. Such statements could be meant as intimidation, deterrent or real threat. In view of our past and present experience, we, the Palestinians, tend to see them as a threat endangering our very existence in this land of ours. The threats published just recently by the Israeli media include, among many others: -- Imposing a?total curfew on the Palestinian people and land. -- Declaring the Palestinian territories closed military areas, thus preventing foreign and local journalists from operating in the territories.Such measures are clearly?intended to prevent the public exposure of the possible Israeli actions against the Palestinians. -- Continuing the Israeli practice of mass detention of Palestinian activists without charges, and the destruction of Palestinian homes and infrastructure. -- Possible mass transfer of Palestinian civilian population from certain locations adjacent to the proposed Israeli security wall. These areas belong to the occupied West Bank. --Possible efforts to transfer Palestinians from the occupied territories to neighboring countries. --Possible elimination of the elected president of the Palestinian Authority, Mr. Yasser Arafat, or his deportation to a remote area. The Palestinian Emergency Committees (PEC) were established in the Palestinian territories to undertake the specific tasks of organizing the community during the possible war on Iraq, and to highlight the need for Palestinian readiness for possible drastic Israeli measures. PEC is a coalition of NGOs, national organizations, charitable societies, professional unions, political parties, ministries and public figures, operating through a coordinating office in Ramallah with national outreach and representation. We ask you to form an International Committee for the Protection of the Palestinian People, and to take immediate steps to prevent the Israeli government from taking advantage of the situation created by the war on Iraq. You have threatened reporters, including Palestinian reporters. You have confiscated the films of reporters if you deemed in not in the interests of destroying the Jewish State. To Israel by Diana 9:08am Tue Jun 17 '03 print comment Even if these people make agreements with your government, be smart, know in advance they will not keep their agreements-they never have kept them. For them agreements are mere strategy/ Remember Husseini saying he wouldn't be a terrorist if allowed back into Israel? He's not only a terrorist still, he is a thief who has lived and put away money that was supposed to be given to the Palestinian people (not to be used for weapons to murder Jews and Americans). These Arabs who, polls have consistently shown, the majority support your deaths and will NEVER live in peace with you. The Islamists will never allow it anyway. This type of people will use any method to wipe you out and know they can do it more effectively if they have their own state. Even now, these murderers and supporters of murderers are calling for the release of murdering terrorists (they recently released one who has killed both Americans and Jews) to show your "good will". They have plenty of money and weapons to kill Jews but claim not to have anything for "security"; they are liars. They don't arrest terrorists, they celebrate them. They stole the land and homes from your ancestors then when you came back, fought and won, they claimed what was rightfully yours was historically theirs. They have lied and lied until whole areas of the earth believe their lies. They are expert liars. They are so expert they even get some Jews to perpetuate the lie. Anyone who wants to know the truth can find it in the history books that aren't written by Jew haters or Arab/Islamic history revisionists. They want to try to disarm you and then do away with you. To Arabs/Muslims who complain about Israel's nuclear capabilities, the US does not consider Israel a threat to them so stop whining about them because it will do you no good. We know that you would try to wipe them out totally if they didn't have them. If that makes you very angry-tough. We have to put up with Pakistan with their terrorist problems having it. To Palestinians: Stop supporting terrorism because that will NOT get you anywhere but dead. Yes, some Jews will die too. Stop putting hatred and incitement in your textbooks, stop supporting terrorists(Intifada is just another word for terrorism). Your families should not be living on Arab/Muslim blood money. One day, you will have to account for this because God doesn't love you any more or less than a Jew or an American. Your actions will be judged too. You have NO right to ask for peace, land or anything else while you continue supporting people who murder Israeli's. If you want peace, you must give peace.
